Very, very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use AI on Notion to take notes and summarize certain readings. It's a beneficial tool, as I typically have difficulty keeping up with note-taking, especially when things are moving fast. I usually bring in any resources that have been provided pre-meeting/class so Notion has a background on what I'm learning about, which it then pulls out when I have a specific question because I was only able to pick up on a keyword. I've also used AI to help me write outlines for meetings and essays, which is a super helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool sometimes gets repetitive when you ask questions, and I sometimes need it to expand on information, which it just repeats what it's already said. I'm sure there's an element of lacking resources to answer effectively, but I was under the impression it could learn, so it's a bit frustrating when it doesn't seem to improve. You also have to be aware that it gives wrong answers or incorrect information with confidence, so always check any work. I usually go back to review my notes when the meeting or class is finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing the ability to create an outline using inputs I've provided, Notion AI really helps my brain get moving in the right direction to start my writing and serves to unblock any writing blocks, or difficulties with starting an essay or prompt. As mentioned, it's also hugely helpful in helping me keep up with note taking where I'd usually lose track of important things because I am slow at note taking.
Easy to use and great tool for staying organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that notion can be very flexible in its use. The many ways I can customize Notion make it easy to use in multiple facets of my life, including school and personal utilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of color. More opportunities to incorporate color and visual elements into the user experience could be more fun and exciting. I enjoy looking at colorful things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem I often have is having many documents for my classes but not being able to keep them organized on my computer desktop. Notion allows me to take notes on my computer still, online, where I can easily access them from any device and organize them how I like.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion was already my first choice for note-taking and planning, and since the AI integration, I have been glued to Notion even more. Studying in notion is now my go-to as well. I can paste test and exam subjects into notion and begin researching the topics with the AI. So far, in my experience, inaccuracies have been kept to a minimum and are easily recognizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the AI has more Notion-related features, such as removing link stylization from links. Also, the AI seems to escape '\' in programming scenarios unnecessarily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student notion is an amazing app to keep me on task and work effectively. Notion articles look great without me having to worry about the fine details, and the AI writing assistant helps correct grammar and generate ideas.
Good AI editor for proofreading
What do you like best about the product?
I used Notion AI quite a lot for proofreading important emails and documents. It's been working pretty well so far and I'd like to continue using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive if you'd like to use unlimited blocks and AI within a plan: $20 per month. Honestly, chatGPT is way more powerful, costing 20 per month. I am trying to stay under the 1000 blocks limit so my monthly expense on Notion can remain at $10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading and note organizing, and they have to work together. Otherwise, why Notion? Evernote can get the job done as well considering my need for notes management is not complicated.
Minimilistic
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very helpful for organising my daily task. I use it for all my note-taking. It has made it very easy for me to go paperless and access all my documents from everywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is less flexibility in Terms of arranging layouts for my notes. Plus sometimes my other documents are not integrated properly, which van be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is very helpful for collaborative work, It's very easy to organise your data and it helps me to stay productive. It certainly increases my productivity and working intensity.

Make the documenting easier. Save me a lot of time on formating issue.

Not much dislike things. It's better to have more tutorials to learn the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is by far my favorite AI tool for formatting documents as I go. I often am using a bulk amount of data and when pasting places I used to have to take a lot of time to format better. Notion AI is the first AI tool that I have found that can accomplish this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often the AI tool just does not want to work. I will submit the same prompt that was used before and it just gives no response. It never makes sense because it is the same prompt that it just did well with - I think it happens more often with bigger documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my information for studying for dental school - it allows me to quickly format correctly with AI tools as well as creating flashcards/practiceq questions based on the notes on the page
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple yet powerful. Very clean experience when creating docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can leave a lot of unnecessary 'Untitled' notes in its wake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a collaborative space to write dev docs and share notes. Google Docs was a pain and not suited for collaboration.
Great app for people who like to get into it.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is both simple and thorough, providing just the amount of control and customization to help anyone organize their life and goals, no matter how detailed or vague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing pages without a premium account is a laborious affair, making it difficult to connect with others on your page. AI is helpful in most cases but sometimes flags things as violent when it's just descriptive prose. As a writer of horror and fantasy roleplaying games, this prevents AI from helping me where I need it most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's accepting large bases of data in every area of my life and helping me organize it in a different ways. This lets me approach menial and serious tasks with greater insight and ease.
Extremely comprehensive, easy to use, but I have some concerns.

Notion continues to provide excellent features. It has evolved, ranking it near the top of these kinds of applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion remains an online-focused product. It has offline capabilities, but there are limitations. Unfortunately, I have recurring instances where I need to maintain Notion content while offline. Its proprietary format is also limiting.

Notion provides me with a single knowledge repository where I can store the diverse information I want to manage in a format that is easy to maintain and retrieve.
