What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously when I used to prepare the notes, I was reluctant to share as I was not satisfied with organising the content, which pulled down my interest in creating more documents and sharing.
Love the ease of notion and the ability to have a hub for documentation

Lack of documentation, training, prioritizing, employee onboarding
Notion AI helps me prioritize by taking mundane, repetitive tasks off my hands
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Notion is the all-in-one tool it is. Now with AI and Slack integration, I only open my web browser and Notion. The Ai tool saves me time reformatting, summarizing, and rewording... this is super awesome since ChatGPT is often overloaded. I love how we can flex Notion to be what we need for our teams, however... (following Q)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often difficult for new users to stick with Notion. Its open-endedness, customizability, and blank pages with loads of properties are intimidating to most. As an admin, one of my most challenging tasks is creating this stickiness at the beginning when introducing people to the tool.
Once people turn the hypothetical corner of understanding, its well-liked... but that new user stage is always a tough one to get around, and that is where we see the user fall off the journey and not adapt.
Notion's young age limits this understanding as there is not much online info on how to use the tool (like there would be for Excel or Word). We often find ourselves lost in articulating how things are working and have no assistance besides an account rep, which can be slow and inconvenient when Q's pop up all day. Notion's online knowledge bank is helpful but limited to foundational info and does not align with how many teams use this multifunctional tool past the classic uses.
Also- I have difficulties with the Desktop version crashing, but I can easily pick up on the browser version, causing small inconveniences but not much. The AI tool is amazing, but is limited by how much output it can return.

The notion is solving 1) the issue of duplicate content, 2) non-open-sourced AI tools and 3) it allows a virtual, all-in-one ecosystem where our teams can work.... As we work virtually, Notion is the closest thing we have found to feeling that collaboration that often fades when teams disperse/go virtual.
Great UI, stupid AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure and organization of the notion. It is much better than Evernote because I can include pages and toggle lists in my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not good enough. I used ChatGPT to do comparison, and I found that the response from Notion was much worse than what I got from chatGPT.

Notion AI has been a great help in filling in the blanks in my writing & giving me title ideas for content I create.

Some of the answers are repetitive if info is pulled from the web.

Solving the problem of proofreading my content and providing me with insightful data that can take hours to research.
Easy to Use and Always Improving
What do you like best about the product?
It easy to use and has there are so many different ways it can be used to improve workflow. The ability to share notion pages both internally and externally makes communicating with all of our stakeholders very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the administrator settings can be confusing when setting. We had issues figuring out how to give limited access to individuals outside of our organizations. I wish some of the features that we can get access to using external notions templates were accessible through notion especially when creating different databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and managing projects across the organizations and communicating content and resources to sources outside of our organization. Our business is more efficient because of it.

While NotionAI offers a commendable set of features, its AI component lags behind some of the more advanced AI options on the market, such as ChatGPT. NotionAI's responsiveness and level of intelligence could be improved, as it sometimes struggles to provide accurate and contextually relevant suggestions. This limitation can lead to additional time spent on refining and editing the content generated by the AI, which somewhat hampers the overall productivity experience.

NotionAI is an excellent solution for organizing and managing projects, tasks, and information in one centralized platform. Its suite of tools helps streamline collaboration among team members, making it easier to keep track of progress and maintain a clear overview of tasks at hand. The AI component assists in generating content, speeding up the drafting process, and brainstorming ideas, which ultimately saves time and increases productivity.
Good interface and solid CI
What do you like best about the product?
The AI is great. I like that I can duplicate a template and I also love the community-based support of Notion. For example, a lot of people make great youtube or TikTok content on new ways to use it which makes it more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more built-in (like more widgets). Also the colors for categorizing things are very pastel and almost white on some screens which I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to organize assignments for school. At the start of the semester, I go through and summarize all my syllabi into a spreadsheet-style page. Everything is color coordinated along with a due date and tags - I love this and would not have a 4.0 without it.

Very easily organizable and you are also able customize it on your own.

I dont like about the limit in the free version. I know its like trial thing but I think unlocking some AI feature to the public and make complex one pay the user like the grammery.

Notion solved my problem of not being able to even start the essay. As non native english speaker It was hard. So Notion AI helped me somewhat in my class I have to write lot in.

It is very intuitive and easy to use. It has many different tools.

The AI tool is very similar to other AI tools and somewhat limited in writing capabilities.

It helps me complete work faster. The summarization tool is very useful and helps me determine key points.
