What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search in Notion and find how recently info has been updated
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like an additional platform when info can be stored in HRIS systems

It gives us a place to house important information in a one stop shop

What do you like best about the product?
🔮 The AI Assistant
Notion AI is incredibly helpful. It assists with summarizing content, generating outlines, and brainstorming ideas. As someone who manages many projects, this feature helps me move faster and think more clearly. It's one of the best parts of the Notion experience, and I use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
♿ Accessibility for Blind Users
This is where Notion falls short. As a blind user who relies on screen readers, I find the interface challenging to navigate. The block-based structure, while powerful visually, doesn't always translate well into screen reader-friendly interactions. Key problems include:

Unlabeled or confusing elements

Difficult keyboard navigation

Inconsistent focus and reading order
Accessibility improvements would not only make Notion more inclusive but also empower more blind professionals to adopt it into their workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me one place to draft, update, and organize specifications for the tools and products I work on. I can create structured documents with headings, tables, and toggles, making it easier to break down technical ideas or feature requirements. Its flexibility helps me keep everything connected—linking specs to tasks, timelines, or databases without juggling separate apps.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI search functionality. The fact it will summarize search results and form an answer for you is amazing. It makes pulling info from company resources a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the easiest to build pages. The UX is a bit challenging to pick up, but overall easy to master
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our team to quickly search for resources rather than having to identify a point of contact to ask a question that is probably within the company materials

What do you like best about the product?
Notion keeps all of our pertinent information really handy and feels easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming with the small tabs to click to go to a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me understand so many questions about my business so quick without having to ask folks. I essentially became trained from our Notion isntance.

What do you like best about the product?
I organise all my projects and new insights. Also I like to use Notion AI to help me with my software development and also for meetings and Emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have my Rabbit R1 connected to Notion and using my database as part of the conversation.

Notion helps me with all the organisation of my work, tasks, meeting minutes and emails

What do you like best about the product?
Our company manages a ton of documentation so I like how dynamic the page content and organization can be.
Notion AI has helped me find answers to questions quickly, even if they're in Slack not just Notion
I like being able to link to comments in Notion pages for continuity across tools
Able to embed a lot of different types of content easily into pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting pages can be overly complicated, like making bulleted lists the way I want, formatting tables, or using multiple columns
Spaces, wikis, and the overall hierarchy of pages is also confusing, and leads to frustration with what can be put in pages or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise level documentation. it benefits me by simplifying new hire onboarding and training, and documenting processes and projects for the rest of the team
