It'd be cool to add a calendar AI similar to Motion.

I love Notion's editing functionality. I can make quick requests for revisions, tone adjustments, or restructuring, and it nails it every time. It's on point with any refinement and will go back and forth with me, making the whole process seamless and helping by saving me countless hours of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been slightly tricky to navigate and understand the best way to organize our workspace hub for each of the departments in our company. Sometimes I create something and it disappears, for example. And it took me a minute to realize that I can favorite things and then they are pinned and always easy to locate.

Unmatched Flexibility and Smart Automation with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Notion is its flexibility. You have blocks for every type of content you might need, which lets you create any workflow you can imagine. The block-based structure makes it simple to customize pages, databases, and more. Additionally, the integration of Notion AI makes everything even easier. Whenever you feel stuck, need ideas, or want tasks completed automatically, Notion AI can handle it for you. Why do hard work when you can work smart?
Pre-built Notion templates make it easy to get started, even at the very early stages, by providing ready-made structures you can adapt immediately.
Pre-built Notion templates make it easy to get started, even at the very early stages, by providing ready-made structures you can adapt immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app starts to feel slow and somewhat laggy once the number of database rows goes beyond around 90. While offline access is available, it often doesn't function properly for me. As for the UI/UX, it can be confusing for new users; it took me nearly a week to figure out how to use Notion effectively. The mobile experience is quite limited and, in my opinion, is almost useless. Additionally, the platform requires constant manual organization, otherwise things can become disorganized very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Notion, my life felt disorganized and cluttered, as if nothing was truly in order. Notion has helped resolve this to a certain degree by reducing my reliance on multiple productivity apps. Now, everything I need is centralized in one place. The real-time editing and shared pages features ensure that everyone stays updated, making it much easier for me to collaborate with my team, whether we're working on a blog or another project. Notion is flexible enough to support both my personal productivity and professional team management needs.
Organizational Genius with Room for Database Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Notion for how organized it is and how it helps me keep myself organized. I appreciate having everything in one spot with easy access across all my devices. I like that I can use AI inside Notion to help me create my thoughts a little bit quicker and find my thoughts fast. I also like that everything is really structured and customizable. The ease of use makes it something I like, as I never have to guess where stuff is. Having the AI assist me in finding documents makes it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of how connecting databases and showing information across multiple databases requires automation through a site like make.com. I wish data could flow through sheets a little bit easier and be pulled nicer. That would definitely improve my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion helps me get organized with everything in one spot and easy access across my devices. The AI assists me in finding documents quickly, and its structured, customizable setup means I never guess where stuff is.

I like the organization aspects of Notion and the AI tools it offers. Notion AI has made it easier for me to use, as I previously found it tricky. I can brain dump everything I want in a campaign into Notion, and it manages everything for me, saving me from spending hours building calendars and status boards. Setting up Notion was also very easy with the AI tool.

Highly Customizable but Requires Power Users
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's clear layout for all data and tracking of jobs. I use the high customization that it offers, which allows me to make system layouts just how I prefer, and to modify style and change all data types. It really focuses on the areas I need and can be tailored to suit my organization. The initial setup was very easy, and even though I have to adjust it every six months as our integration deepens, it's been manageable. I would definitely recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex and needs strong power users.

An Indispensable Tool for Creative Campaign Building
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion helps me organize my DnD campaign. I'm terrible at organization, but Notion keeps everything recorded and organized. It’s fantastic for keeping track of all the custom characters and locations I create, and it helps me create entire scenes and battles using the 5e ruleset. I can also rely on it when I need to look up lore from the Forgotten Coast world. The AI feature is great too, as it gives different outcomes that might happen and helps finish thoughts I might have left incomplete. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to import large amounts of text from my game. Compared to Google Gemini, Notion far outshines it for writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always put things in the location that is logical when working things out. If I am working on something in the middle of a session that has more after it, it can put what I am working on at the end instead, and I have to find it and move it into the proper place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of characters and locations, create scenes using the 5e ruleset, and look up lore. It helps me organize my projects and finish incomplete thoughts with AI suggestions.
The Ultimate All-in-One Workspace for Effortless Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because it gives me one place to organize literally everything — projects, ideas, tasks, notes, and random brain dumps — without feeling boxed in. It’s flexible, clean, and actually enjoyable to use, like a workspace that adapts to my brain instead of forcing me into rigid templates. But I dislike that sometimes it becomes too much. The freedom leads to overbuilding, over-customizing, and spending more time tweaking pages than actually getting things done. I love the power, but I hate how easy it is to fall into the productivity-theater trap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Notion because it gives me structure without feeling restrictive. It’s simple enough to jot down ideas fast but powerful enough to build full-on systems when I need them. Everything stays clean, organized, and connected in one place. But I dislike that sometimes it gets slow, cluttered, or overly complex, especially when pages start stacking on pages. It’s great for organization, but not always great for actually getting things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of them, i love it
Powerful integration capabilities and an attractive interface, but the search functionality needs improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's online mode, which allows me to easily sync information across different devices. Additionally, Notion AI is fantastic, and I even pay for it. Notion's beautiful interface is eye-catching. The automation features are also great, and since it's an online version, it can communicate with other tools, which is very convenient. I set up an n8n workflow to regularly sync favorite videos from TikTok to Notion, and use LLM to convert voice information into text, making it easier to organize and record. Notion's initial tutorial is very practical, making the overall onboarding process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's search function is quite weak, and I often can't find what I'm looking for. The title must match exactly, which is very inconvenient. There is some difficulty in understanding the database; as an IT developer, it's easy for me to get started, but I think it might be a bit difficult for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helped me solve the problem of information aggregation, allowing me to manage knowledge across different devices. The online mode and automation features are very convenient, enabling me to communicate with other tools and improve work efficiency. I also like Notion's design and Notion AI.
Boosted Workflow with Simple Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's simplicity and the many options for customization it offers. It's super easy to use, especially for making data sheets and turning them into charts and displayable graphics. The customization is something I really enjoy, and the ability to take big spreadsheets or CSV files from my Supabase and visualize them in Notion is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the API integration is a little challenging, at least for me. I've found some issues. There seems like there's a lot of steps to it, and it could be explained a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my business. It makes AI integration easy, speeds up my workflow, and allows me to get more work done in a timelier manner.
