I've found Notion incredibly easy to use—everything from organizing projects to collaborating with my team just feels smooth. One feature I especially like is the AI Writing Assistant. It’s super helpful when I’m building out new templates—it suggests structure, fills in content ideas, and saves me a ton of time. Definitely a go-to tool in my workflow.

Brand Experience Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the central hub for all my project knowledge. When building brands and managing projects, it helps me easily preserve information, organize tasks, and create powerful, flexible databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
More detailed Kanbans with nested subtasks and turning them into reusable templates for new project sprints can be unreliable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered project knowledge by giving me one place to organize everything—notes, tasks, and databases. It helps me keep brand-building and project work streamlined, consistent, and easy to revisit or scale.
Works pretty well, an improved version of Quip I used before
What do you like best about the product?
* Writing is easy, the editing experience is what is the most important to me and it works fine.
* The search over internal documents works
* AI summarization of documents works too but no always answer my question. It does link to the original documents it used though.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generated results could be improved. I still have to look at the source documents about half the time. But this might be because we don't have that much documentation, so not enough data for the AI to work off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Easy editing

Notion Replaces Sharepoint, Google Drive, Etc.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's versatility and customization. It's not just a note-taking app—it's a project management tool, a personal wiki, a database, and so much more. The ability to create interconnected databases, link tasks to meeting notes, and build custom dashboards makes it easy to visualize complex projects and stay organized. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is, allowing for quick edits and seamless collaboration with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is incredibly powerful, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users due to its vast range of features and customization options. The initial learning curve is steep, and setting up advanced databases or templates can be time-consuming without prior experience. Additionally, offline access is still limited, which can be a challenge when working in areas with poor internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented information by centralizing notes, project management, and documentation in one intuitive workspace. This consolidation streamlines communication, improves team collaboration, and makes it easy to track progress and access important information without switching between multiple apps, significantly enhancing productivity and clarity in my workflows.

Use of NotionAI
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how easily it helps me get up to speed—especially coming into a new team. Since I just joined, I’ve been using Notion to quickly find answers to questions that would otherwise get buried in Slack channels or long message threads. It’s been incredibly helpful to search for key decisions, project context, and shared resources without having to scroll through weeks of chat history. It really cuts down on the back-and-forth and helps me feel more self-sufficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that while it pulls from Slack, it still doesn’t integrate well with tools like Salesforce. Notion AI does a great job surfacing internal knowledge and even referencing Slack conversations, but when it comes to external systems like CRMs, there's still a disconnect. I often find myself jumping between Notion and Salesforce to piece things together, and it would be a huge value-add if Notion could bring in more structured, real-time data from tools like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of scattered knowledge and onboarding inefficiency. As someone who just joined, it's been incredibly helpful to have a centralized place where I can find past decisions, project context, and key resources without relying solely on Slack history or asking teammates. It makes onboarding much faster and less disruptive—I'm able to search for what I need, understand the “why” behind decisions, and get up to speed independently. It’s also reducing duplicate questions and saving everyone time.
A flexible, all-in-one workspace with a few quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable and flexible Notion is. It allows me to manage projects, documents, tasks, and team collaboration all in one place. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I appreciate how easy it is to create databases, templates, and dashboards tailored to my workflow. It’s also great that it works across devices and supports real-time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Notion can have a bit of a learning curve—especially for new users who aren’t familiar with its block-based system. It can also feel a little slow or clunky with larger pages or databases, and some advanced features require a bit of workarounds. Offline functionality could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate multiple tools into one workspace. Instead of switching between separate apps for notes, task management, document sharing, and databases, I can keep everything organized in one place. This saves time, improves focus, and helps my team stay aligned. It also gives me the flexibility to build systems that fit how I work, rather than having to adapt to rigid tools.
