very easy to use - Can organise our work very easily - easy to find or return to previous workflows. Always available.

not useful with documents like tables (excel) or specialised files like big data. Sometimes get confused with instructions provided. The price - might not worth to pay for similar outcomes of free AI bot.

rewrite original documents or bullet points ideas relatively well.

Sharing notes and link different topics while studying. It allows for a fast checking of different topics in different pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very buggy on IPad and sometimes page formatting like columns are a mess. There's a bug after you paste an image that doesn't allow you to click witouy highlighting the whole paragraph

Very fast note taking with improve writing function and expain this. Overall an easier way to get information without leaving the page avoiding the opening of other apps.

AI Writing Assistant - a good start
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is doing relatively well with creating notes from bullet points. However, I prefer other AI-writing tools for writing style enhancement tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for the display of the new proposed text is quite uncomfortable. It's not super straightforward what exactly was changed. I'd prefer to approve/adjust text paragraph-per-paragraph, instead of replacing the entire copy at once.

Great place to hold everything in a business and great AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
AI Writing Assistant - I like that I have freedom to create just about anything that would be relevant for my organization and team structure. It helps me generate a text easily now that there is AI integrated too.
I really enjoy creating charts and well organized boards that don't require going into links. I think it is great to have a wiki for a team at work.

Sometimes it is hard to navigate and can be confusing. With AI though I can just tell it to do what I want which is nice and more people should know about this.

Notion helps have all documents and information in one place without having to navigate a ton of folders.
Easy, organized, fun
What do you like best about the product?
I store almost anything and everything there. All my school, work, and personal plans are located in Notion. I find it easy to use and eye-catching app. Additionally, AI is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes AI plug-in has a bug. And this month, even though I paid for AI plugin, it gives an error that I didn't pay for it. AI function should be improved. Also, AI has a problem with math problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to create projects with Notion with AI function. Also, my note takings become faster and easier. I feel like I'm more productive and my performance increased.
Easy to use app, connect with slack and create different databases to use as main source.

It is easy to use and to explain to new colleagues.

You need to create "databases" so that you can create graphs etc.
