I love Notion AI writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
As a professional writer I love Notion AI writing assistant for brainstorming article ideas, correcting spelling and grammar and improving my writing. It does this extremely well and at a good speed. It does not replace me as a writer, but is a good assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the spell check dictionary is not available in UK English., only US English
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves time management issues by making my work faster.

High quality organization app
What do you like best about the product?
The best is all the possibilities and combinations that include for organizing the workflow of my team and also of myself. Also the new AI help me to define some boring texts that I need to do it previously. So is kinda helpful, yeah
What do you dislike about the product?
Is true that helps a lot with the organization, but is a bit complicated to understand all the options, links and pages. Requieres some previous video tutorials for getting in touch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now is solving me the division of workflow, my teammates know exactly what to do, thanks to the desdlines and connections of the app. Also the AI is an amazing tool for creating texts, or as a initial path for adventure in a project
The AI could give better answers
What do you like best about the product?
The way Notion AI integrates with the written text in Notion is excellent and greatly streamlines the workflow. Until there is a similar alternative in Google Docs/Microsoft Word, Notion AI has no competition!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works well, but sometimes it is not very useful because the answers provided by the AI are not always very helpful. It would be good if it could interpret the text better and, instead of asking basic questions about it, ask more in-depth questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have stopped using Word since I have Notion AI for when I need to work with text, thanks to how useful the assistant is for writing more efficiently, for example, correcting spaces when copying and pasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile notion is! It adapts to your needs instead of the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for using notion is significantly higher than similar programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of mindless or time consuming work can be left to notion instead of doing it yourself. Reorganisation, summarising, task division is easily done with the AI.
Everything you need and more for documents
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, with many features, is suitable for personal and professional use, and it's pretty much the gold standard, so there are many integrations and a good community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the UI can be confusing. For instance, the page links in the side navigation have the same visual importance as the "+ Add a page" button, settings, and every other link in the navigation. It would be helpful if you could increase the page links' size or the padding between the sections to make it visually distinct.

As a copywriter Notion AI is my go to for reviewing my spelling, writing and tone.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is highlighting your writing and selecting "improve writing." This saves me time on editing work.

What is the least helpful is "replace section" when editing my work, because sometimes I only want certain areas from updated (not always all)

Seamless - Flexible Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely flexible, allowing block building and the uniqueness to craft pages and sub-pages as needed. Templates are incredibly efficient to allow seamless integrations and the creation of pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve that takes some time to gain a degree of comfort. Integrations are so valuable, so hoping further integrations with key platforms will be embedded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've leveraged the AI writing assistant to assist with blog titles and content. It serves as a helpful starting place especially when staring at a blank page. Eager to further utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize tasks and generate feedback to progress my troubleshooting efforts. It's also helpful as a quick tool for revising communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure I will learn more to become more efficient over time, but I generally feel that I'm missing out on the best applications of the system. Better resources (i.e., tooltip info, prompts, etc.) would be handy directly in the app.

I often use AI to summarize or revise my notes and focus on critical information. The project management tools provided a great starting point for me to organize tasks and visualize my progress.
