My favorite: note-taking software with AI technology
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful and complete note making solution, great experience

External openness is slightly poor, for example, I want to copy several consecutive paragraphs of text seems to be more trouble

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great knowledge database tool where I can store all my notes, minutes, ideas, and contact database. But the true difference is the recent addition of Notion AI.
Using AI assistance, I can improve the writing of my English AND French text. I can shorten paragraphs that are too long. Translate text, etc..
For example, while I participate a meeting, I can take note, with key word or "slice of a sentence" and then the Notion AI turn it into real sentences, easy to read

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is missing some basic spreadsheet features. I too often need to go to Excel or Google Sheets where I should stay within Notion for a basic table. Like a sum or an average

Notion is solving the problem of scattered information across various tools and platforms. With Notion, users can have all their notes, tasks, and projects in one place, making it easier to stay organized and productive. This benefits user by saving them time and reducing the stress of keeping track of information across different applications.

All-in-one tool for notetaking. Can also organise with different categories and customisation.

Takes a bit of time to get used to, especially if want to grasp the functions fully and make different pages with different pages and designs.

Makes notetaking more streamlined and organised. Its AI tool is also extremely beneficial esp. for summarising my notes and translations.

Very smooth layout management, nice built in tools and very easy to connect to other documents without having to hard link

Nothing in special, it would be nice to have a built-in integration for tablets, so notes can be taken in there more easilty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to make a single document that interlinks with others in a smooth way. Individuals do not ahve to open multiple documents, they can simply click to view the link.
I am a strong advocate of Notion in my company and I even use it personally

It's flexible, smart, easy to use, and you can create beautiful page in no time. I love the recent AI feature.

When you copy and paste it doesn't always keep the column formatting.
History is not always easy to see (who has last updated the page?).
There are things I can't do for example add link and image in a table.
Database are not always clean (you see the title, the filter etc.) I would like a more simple design for users seeing the page (no need to see the filters the bar on the top etc).
Sometimes AI doesn't work well.

The Most Useful Way to Use Artificial Intelligence in Your Content
What do you like best about the product?
I like to redact a content I write, complete it with artificial intelligence and make the language of the content I write simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has a competitive price compared to the market, the free versions should be given the right to use more prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By enabling me to redact a content, it sometimes prevents me from getting lost in content of thousands of words and is especially successful in summarizing long texts with artificial intelligence.
Perfect for work, clumsy for personal things
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing my work documents on Notion is enjoyable. I love taking meeting notes, organizing them and be able to find really easily later. Organizing everything like a database is the best thing about Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion for a personal use is less good. I try to use it but I don't find it as easy to use. The mobile app is kinda slow and without my keyboard shortcuts, it's too complicated for a mobile phone.
Moreover, I can't find a good way to organize a lot of miscellaneous notes.

I take all my meeting notes in Notion, it's perfect for that.
I sometimes use it to take notes on my current project.
Rarely I use it to perform some AI tasks, such as translation or converting bullet points to full sentences.

User-friendly, and customizable based on my use case - it gives me the satisfaction of building my own database.

It was a bit difficult to get into the hang of things initially.

One of my main cases is that I use Notion for all my note-taking and content development. Having Notion AI always helps improve the tone without me having to go anywhere else, and also, since our org uses Notion, it also helps in collaboration.
