What do you like best about the product?
I love the different templates to use in Notion. It makes it easy to keep track of everything you need and makes it more of a "one-stop-shop" for everything going on in your work and life vs. a solution that only works for tracking one thing. I also like that you can even integrate different templates from across the Internet. That's probably my favorite part, because then if you see a template that someone has used that you think is really helpful, it's easy to get it and incorporate it directly yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes there is a limited number of columns or categories you can use for each template. For example, the "to-do-list" section -- besides Complete, In Progress, To-Do, and Done, I can't create another category. Sometimes that would be helpful to have another category, like for example, something that says "Started." There's also not really an easy, intuitive way to clear your items once they've been completed on your to-do list. Sometimes the "Done" category can get a bit clogged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helping me with tracking everything that I have to do across teams, including individual actions. Entering things that I have to do only takes seconds, so I can easily input everything, including small things like responding to an email. I have only used this as an individual, so my team hasn't experienced direct benefits besides my own performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd also look into other project management options for teams.
It's a very useful tool for note taking and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the part where you can put notes and have your members read those notes plus you can collaborate on those notes but there's a bit to add on its features especially if you are working on a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product/software cannot sit well with large team members. So, as I had previously used Asana - for marketing and sales- I still would recommend Asana. Although this software is also good for taking down notes as it has a good navigational approach. One can put in a to-do list, set reminders, make calculations and more, but, I can even use Evernote for this one instead especially since the one thing that I enjoy doing is taking down notes, reminders and tallying. I would suggest that they add more features and make sure that security issues are well protected. We don't want our effort put to waste because of some breaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see that many benefits as there are just one or two that I find new when I've used this software before and that's because it is easy to navigate through each page and keeps you on track of your progress and tasks.
Superb product to collaborate on approach notes in business and also for personal stuff.

The toggle feature, to-do list and the download feature.

We should be allowed to download / export with MS Word or Google Docs.

I love the fact how seamless I can add tables, and images and can ideate my whole product journey.

the UI is bit bland but overall the product is really amazing so I cant think of anything major.

nbot so easy to nodify, a lot if features but interface and some fuctions are not that user friendly. would be great to improve interface and functionality. it requires a special treining to understand all the features :)

team communication for remote workers. we use it as primary source where store product updates, workflow rules, tracking project status and collaborating. helps to keep everyone on the same page
Fun, Flexible Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion allows you to have so much control over how your pages are structured, and what you use them for. I am still learning how to best use the software, but I enjoy all the different ways it can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the learning curve for notion can make it difficult to start using for individuals that don't really enjoy spending time getting to know a new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me organize and have a place for important information and makes it easy for me to find what I am looking for. I am able to have to-do lists, notes, and information I reference daily all in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best app that help me to keep things organized. It is very simple to use.Also I like the customisation options that it provides based on our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a first time user it can be a bit difficult to usderstand it functionalities. It takes time to collaborate with teammates initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion help me in keeping up with the daily tasks. It helps me to collaborate with my teammates . I can take note of different things and can keep them in different folders as per my need.

UI is seamless and can be accessed via any device and the data/info sharing is seamless.

Nothing so far, as they just now launched the 2.15 version and that is just magic.

This is definitely one of the most flexible and clever Note taking apps I've come across. It works fantastic on PC and on mobile, with formulas making everything very easy to organise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Notion, and to improved I think adding more themes and ability to customise designs would be beneficial!

I'm organising my notes, events and days into a very efficient way to find information.
