What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me jump start my podcast project. For script writing, it helps me with brainstorming ideas, creative writing, translation, and maintaining consistent writing style.
It is also a place to organize my episodes and becomes a knowledge base for me to search and query past episodes.

At first, it’s a bit overwhelming with all its functions, and I may end up with only using a few of it.

Bootstrapping my podcast project by providing an ultra efficient platform for script writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has become an incredibly useful tool that truly simplifies my daily workflow. What I appreciate most is its ability to create pages and content, add links, and even enhance the aesthetic appeal of a page with just a simple command. The work just gets done!
For someone like me, who works as a career coach, it has been absolutely fundamental and a massive time-saver. The AI makes it much simpler to create datasets, research information, and maintain consistency across my work because it's always building on the existing history. It's truly a game-changer for efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the AI can freeze and become quite slow, which can interrupt the flow of work. Also, I've noticed it's not as efficient at providing improvements to existing pages. It shines brightest when you need to create something entirely from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
- Really amazing UX and easy to work with it. Databases are super powerful and I love how it integrates in so many workflows. Templates is something I use as well. Like ability to mention people and pages. Ability to embed various other things docs/links/loom videos/youtube videos/github PRs is great! I just love that. For project management and working with various TODOs is great too. I love the new AI features: specially Search with AI, AI editor to rewrite my sentences with clarity. I also use it to extend and brainstorm ideas by providing current context and ask it to generate further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with tables. If there are lot of columns in the table, it gets really difficult to bring specific column to view. Also if someone has commented on something, I usually go from highlight in the column to comment. It is not trivial to understand where the comment is . It is sometimes very not-user-friendly.
I also find it difficult at times to add a new block below table. Have to struggle with context menu. Not always but often.
I also find sometimes notion search is slow in a really large org, AI search helps.
I also ran into issues of importing a large CSV to a notion table or database, and it didn't work at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Notion allows me to write documents and allow me to refine my writing through AI writing assistant. It also helps me change my tone based on the audience I am addressing
- It allows me to collaborate with many people in the team and tables as well as databases allow project management and tasks really good.
- I work in a large org and I need to find lot of things from simple text to even errors in code. The AI search is great for that.

It is so easy to organize notes and essays on your app.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is that people can share their pages. Sometimes I don’t have time to make in organizer and will use somebody else’s.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI needs a lot of work done. It often has lots of trouble, keeping word count even if I specifically ask it to do a certain amount
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of trouble organizing my class notes as if it’s in a notebook, I find it hard to read my own handwriting but typing it is so much more easier to read. Especially how keyboard controls work it’s very easy to make bullet points, make graphs and general organization tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to build anything I want within a system with enough infrastructure to also create work flow. I can build both my entire business framework + the project management + a CRM and have it all in the same space. Bonus that I have flexibility to build it just how I want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for others can be difficult. Getting a non-educated individual up to speed on notion (what it is at its core) and what our processes and system are for our organization can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting notes is a HUGE win. Honestly, it’s how I keep up with a dynamic and fast paced environment that I am in. The ability to organize notes and plug them into tasks and projects for my organization is a win.

What do you like best about the product?
Building a workspace with databases that can be as simple or complex as needed is fantastic. It supports serving up the information I need, when and where i need it with linked views. Yes, there is a learning curve if you’ve never used databases, but once the build is complete it really is slick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been paying for AI but haven’t found it very helpful, especially hen I need help with a notion function. I’m getting better support with complex notion issues using chatgpt. Mostly what I get from notions ai is a regurgitation of their documentation. ChatGPT has actually used my screen shots to analyze and troubleshoot issues. Plus, I have a development and personal workspace. When I upgraded to Notion ai it was for only 1 and not both. Unfortunately I get a better bang for my buck using ChatGPT instead of Notion ai.
Secondly, I’d use he Notion calendar app more if it was actually integrated into the Notion app. It would make project and life planning so much easier since I have to use Google calendar for business appointments and events.

For the most part, I no longer have to keep switching apps. I have almost everything now in Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the recent AI addition to Notion, it allows me to quickly find relevant notes I've taken across the company, and parse them into a overarching doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is sometimes very slow and laggy, and I have to refresh the client often. Still a bit buggy compared to Google Docs.

Notion AI helps me get first drafts done of blog posts, product pages and find stats that are across the company, hidden on pages from coworkers.
