What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion brings all my work into one place—notes, tasks, documents, and project tracking all stay connected. The flexibility is the best part. I can create pages exactly the way I want, using templates, databases, tables, and linked views. Everything feels customizable without being complicated.
I also appreciate how smoothly collaboration works. Updates appear instantly, comments are easy to manage, and sharing pages with teammates is simple. The interface is clean, fast, and helps me stay organized without jumping between multiple tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is powerful, but it can feel slow at times, especially when loading large pages or databases. Some features also require a bit of a learning curve, so new users may feel overwhelmed at first. While the customization is great, it sometimes makes simple tasks take longer because you have to set up your own structure.
Offline support could also be better—Notion works best with a stable internet connection, and accessing or editing pages offline is still limited.

Notion helps me replace multiple separate tools by putting everything—notes, tasks, documentation, and project tracking—into one workspace. Earlier, my information was scattered across different apps, which made it hard to stay organized. Now I can structure my workflows in a single place using databases, templates, and linked views.
It also improves team collaboration because everyone can work on the same page, leave comments, and see updates instantly. This reduces confusion and avoids long message threads.

A more Freeform document editor like Google Docs would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion because it's really easy for me, even though I'm not super technical. It makes it easy for me to translate what I'm trying to do into an actionable document and track my project management. The initial setup was super easy, and I appreciated having a call with a knowledgeable contractor at Notion. She wasn't pushy or trying to upsell me, just genuinely helpful in teaching me how to use the software effectively. Not only did she make things easy, but she was also super kind when I needed to cancel a project, offering a refund without me even asking. I feel supported and empowered to use Notion with the ability to create complex pages and workspaces.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI writing assistant in Notion, and I also like the project management portion. It really helps me get my projects done at work. I use it as a reference tool to go back through, and I actually use it for a day-to-day playbook. All of my steps of a project are in there, and I just kinda check them off as I go. It's really helpful and organized for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some of the boxes, when I'm trying to click a hyperlink, it goes to edit the cell instead of just clicking straight into the link, and I have to press open link, which I would like it to just be a click into a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion AI and Notion pages as a document repository and a go-to place for answers. It helps my team with document management and project management, serving as a daily playbook where I can check off project steps, making things helpful and organized.

I typically use Notion for keeping class notes or researching specific projects. Notion provides me a way to create a database of notes that are quickly linked to each other, allowing me to integrate topics. The AI feature on Notion is wonderful for creating a starting base for research projects and organizing my notes quickly. This feature is also great for creating quizzes on the notes I take. The initial setup was very easy, with great free templates and a huge wealth of templates and tutorials from the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to integrate my projects into a calendar is often difficult and I wish there was an easier interface for putting things on a calendar. The biggest issue is not being able to change the view of the calendar to fit different taskers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to create a database of notes quickly linked together, integrating topics. The AI feature is great for starting research projects, organizing notes fast, and creating quizzes.
AI Meeting notes are worth it alone

the fact that i can do everything in one place from AI meeting notes to tracking specific issues and documenting everything in between

the biggest thing is organization, I tried 3-4 tools before notion and being able to do everything in one place plus the AI features are wonderfully helpful

I really appreciate Notion's existing templates which make it easier to beautify and organize content effectively. It's very versatile, and I like its UX/UI for keeping internal docs organized and aesthetically pleasing. Notion's versatility and user-friendly design definitely stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve cause it's so versatile. I'm sure there are more efficient ways of using Notion through shortcuts - I just haven't explored all its features yet. Hard to find time to learn everything when there are other things on my plate as well.

Notion AI Makes Organizing Effortless and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Notion's AI feature allows me to automatically generate pages for my to-dos, projects, marketing plans, and more. It makes organizing my work so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any real complaints or problems with Notion. Occasionally, it takes a few attempts for the AI to configure things exactly as I want, but I think that's more about me learning how to phrase my requests properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, we are preparing to open three popup locations next spring. Notion has been invaluable for organizing our project planning and creating a comprehensive marketing plan for this new venture. It has certainly made the entire planning process much more efficient. Notion has also been a lifesaver when it comes to managing every aspect of our marketing plan, from drafting text for Facebook ads to preparing content for newsprint advertisements.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming when you try to build something with formulas, relations, roll ups. Sometimes i know exactly what would help me run my finances or life and building in Notion can be hard. I would spend so much time fine tuning and trying to build automations and get fatigued and give up on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become my central workspace for managing projects and client work. the biggest problem it solves is information fragmentation, instead of having notes scattered across different apps, emails, and documents, everything lives in one place where I can actually find it.

I love how flexible it is to meet all of my needs. I also love that its a standalone application.

Even though there are 1000s of templates, I wish Notion put out more.
