It's easy to share with colleagues, and I like the clean formatting. What I enjoy most about Notion is the ease of collaboration. I think the formatting is cute. It would be nice to have more database views for more interesting and fun customization. It would also be nice if Notion could integrate with Outlook Calendar and other tools like OneNote. In the beginning, it was a bit confusing to set up, but I learned quite fast.

When I have used the AI feature, sometimes it misunderstands what I am asking slightly, so I end up doing things manually. The permissions to have access to certain things could be made easier.

Streamlined Team Coordination with Room for Better Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are integrations that allow us to use databases, tables, and links in Notion. I like that Notion is able to talk to itself, allowing Notion tables to sync. We have customer-facing features and events that we manage, and we use the Notion database to update and seamlessly transfer data to different relevant views, such as contract payouts or calendars. We also have to update the same information across different Notion pages, and being able to sync tables helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a bit difficult for me to find various Notion folders or threads. As a new person, I found Notion training daunting. My company didn’t have any formalized training for me so perhaps Notion can make it easy for companies to train new employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps our team document challenges, processes, and changes, serving as a single source of truth. It updates databases and progress, and its integrations allow seamless data transfer and sync, which aids in managing events and customer-facing features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most about the notion is that it is a all-in-one app that provide all things in a single place. Instead of going between docs, spreadsheets, and task managers, everything is in one workspace. Notion is also great tool for creating and summarizing the notes, i can keep my all important notes in my workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like about notion is that it takes more time in loading the large database and the mobile app can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep all my work organized in one place like my projects, documents, tasks, and team information. Instead of using different tools for notes and planning Notion gives me a single, customizable workspace that saves time and makes my workflow far more efficient.

I use Notion for daily task planning, and I appreciate how it helps me solve the problem of not being consistent. I really like that it's like everything in one and is easily accessible with syncing capabilities. The templates and design stand out because they help save time and effort, and they're customizable. Switching to Notion from physical daily planners has been a big plus because online planners are more convenient, easy to use, and customizable too. I found setting up Notion to be as easy as driving a car.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be faster, the offline mode kicks in which delays, and the pages aren't switched soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

All-in-One Organization with Powerful Relational Databases
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get rid of all my other scattered notes and start to have everything in one place. What makes that work best for me is to be able to create relational databases. I used to work with FileMaker Pro at my job years ago and didn't think I would be able to make something like work for my personal business, but Notion has been a lovely surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Notion, now that I have upgraded to using Notion AI, is that messing around with it has become too fun. It can be a time suck making my Notion so complete and then making it pretty on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an indie author, I’ve found that the world of self-publishing has become more and more complex. To keep track of all the metadata required for my work—including details for several books, in different languages and formats, across various sales platforms—with the help of the AI assistant, I built a Notion database. I refer to it as my Ultimate Author Dashboard.
Versatile and User-Friendly Workspace Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user-friendly UI, which makes it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate that it just does the job, and I'm happy with it. Notion serves as an all-in-one workspace, combining note-taking, documentation, task management, and database handling into one platform, so I don't need separate apps for notes, tasks, and project tracking. The blocks-based editing allows me to create structured pages like wikis and project plans. Custom databases like tables, lists, and kanban boards are useful, and having multiple views for the same data, such as tables or calendars, is flexible and helpful. The pre-built templates for tasks and roadmaps save me time. I also value how it supports team collaboration with shared workspaces and integrates various media like PDFs and videos. Its aesthetic and flexible design lets me customize pages visually, and it integrates well with other tools like Google Drive and calendar apps for a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large databases can slow down. When you have many pages, complex relations, or heavy media, the workspace may lag. Not ideal for fast, handwritten, or messy note-taking; apps like OneNote are better for quick scribbling or drawing. Learning curve; because it’s customizable, beginners may feel overwhelmed at first. Offline support is weaker; Notion is mostly cloud-dependent and less efficient offline. Not a full project-management tool; it can handle tasks, but lacks advanced features like deep automation, workload management, Gantt dependencies, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to plan my studies, with an AI assistant managing my tasks based on attention span. It combines note-taking, task management, and databases in one workspace, and its blocks-based editing and custom databases make organizing easier.
