The most intuitive and user-friendly knowledge-sharing & data-collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows you to get data organized as well as easily share it with people from your team. A lot of pre-existing templates allow you to create any content type you need: tables, tasks, diagrams, and even combine them. It's mature product which is essential for keeping and managing data for each team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area of improvement I can think of is mobile UX. Even with such a fantastic product most content is optimized for landscape screen orientation so that tables with wide content could be cropped on phone and you can't zoom out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Notion is an incredible and fun tool that allows you to create, share and collaborate over documents easily. The whole path to use Notion even for personal purposes is just about a few clicks away, which is a fantastic user experience. Any kind of document can be created within minutes, using a lot of pre-defined templates.

Celebrating the fantastic features of Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use that Notion offers. There's no need to undergo training or orientation to understand how it works, and getting started on a project is incredibly simple. Adding your flair by including photos, emojis, etc., makes projects look more personalized. At the same time, plenty of templates are available for those looking for an easy starting point that can be customized as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no block positioning feature, making it difficult to configure images, text and other elements side-by-side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I switched to Notion since my older industry-specific software was less robust and customizable. This transition had a cost and time-efficient benefit, allowing me to hire new sales staff with minimal effort and expense quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is intuitive and easy to use, allowing users to create multiple workspaces, pages and dashboards for their team. It is easy to link everything together and share with other groups in your organisation, such as creating pages and boards to track tasks.
The database feature is also very useful, you can create a database with multiple views and create linked views for individual team members and other teams that only need to see relevant information.
The board views are great and help manage ongoing projects and tasks for other teams, you can customise the cards to include as much or a little data as required. You can also add some formulas to these database views, however, it is not as user-friendly as using something like Microsoft office or Google slides.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integrations that you can set up to pull information from other data sources, however, some of these have limitations. An example is trying to create a notion ticket on a database from slack, you can do this with other tools such as JIRA and slack but not via notion.
There are also some limitations to the design and customisation of pages; you cannot just drag and drop elements on each page as quickly as you like.
The import function could be improved as you cannot directly import a csv into a database and keep the same field types in the database, it will default everything to a text or number field.

Knowledge base - Notion is our internal knowledge base, giving all teams access to information from every team. We share company information with each function owning its own workspace that other groups can view. It allows teams to collaborate on projects and reference the same information, whether this is a link to an external document, site or database.
Customer-facing pages - We create and share private notion pages with our customers that act like mini support FAQ sites where we can update information quickly and effectively.
Documenting training resources - We store all training resources, videos, walkthroughs and written documentation in notion, you are able to track who created the resources and when they were last updated. This is super helpful when trying to see if materials are still relevant and up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
The very steep learning curve, sometimes the interface could be difficult to understand and It usually keeps me fighting with it to organize the layout of my documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to manage my knowledge base, keep my projects organized, serve as an intranet for the company and as the primary source of documentation for everyone.
Great for Organizing Everything a Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates. They are very helpful when you need help organizing a page based on its content (ex. Task Board)
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying and moving text around is a little complicated. It's hard to put images right next to text. If you want to copy all the text on a page, you can't just copy all and paste it somewhere else unless all the text is in the same block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps greatly with organizing. I can create pages based on content and the templates help make it easy. You just select a template and add your content. You can also link pages to content on other pages which is really helpful.
Great wiki product for developing companies
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion has many features, and it can be used by ten people companies and 200 people companies. Now, your internal information can be adequately stored and organized. You don't need a google drive anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you enter a more expanded ecosystem, you need more than just a minute to start producing content. Sometimes the amount of features and options is a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Notion solves perfectly is having your company wiki, one place, where you can have all the necessary information handed in a very lovely and visual form.
An Exceptional, Well Rounded Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is super versatile and can hold all aspects of business data from wiki's to brand assets and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything, notion is great at everything it does and it seems like the company is always adding new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion stores all of our information about clients' processes and almost every other task. I think of it as the homepage for anyone on the team to find or add information.
A Nice Tool For Digital Documentation and Management
What do you like best about the product?
The notion is a great online tool for using your writing skills for managing your daily routines from the semester projects to corporate product management. What I love about the notion is that we can create sub-pages within the main page and provide a separate icon and bg to watch the page. Other than that the various amount of views that can be provided to a single page is also a great way to visualize the documented data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many different fonts and templates ate provided for our documentation. There is a specific number of templates and fonts provided which makes it quite boring to work with after a specific duration of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion is the best easily sharable documentation tool out there and I believe its a way to share data that you are documenting with your teammates and seniors who you are working with!
