Awesome All-in-one collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
This can really be an all in one tool if you let it be. We use it for documentation and note taking, project management, client profiles. Really a collaborative tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very user-friendly and not intimidating, making it easy to learn. If I have any questions, I can just ask the Notion AI how to do something, and it helps me learn how to use it better. I also appreciate the simple minimalist layout. It can contain a lot of information clearly and visually. I like using the different workspaces for a visual representation of all my work in different layouts, like calendar form, checklists, and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI aspect could be improved. When I ask it to create quizzes, it doesn't do it to the best of its abilities. It's not as detailed or difficult as I would like it to be. I also don't like that the AI cannot read or interpret any images that I insert, like graphs or labeled images, and it cannot answer questions based on them. It would be a good improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to easily search and organize my notes with AI. It helps color code and toggle notes, and I can share project spaces with my team for real-time access.
Streamlined Document Management with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's interface and how it allows me to log in across different environments. It's great that when I edit something on my mobile, it reflects immediately on my system. The ecosystem is very good. I also appreciate the different kinds of file uploads they offer, which are quite eye-catching. Additionally, the setup was very easy and straightforward for me. I'd definitely give Notion a very high recommendation, a solid 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the left corner, when things are organized, I think if we add a scroll at the left side, it would be helpful. I have hundreds of documents and need to scroll towards the end. If there was an auto scroller or if last edited items were shown differently, it would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing knowledge bases and tracking document edits, which is great for handling the many documents we use for analysis and as a knowledge base.
Simplicity and Integration with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity in the implementation of Notion. It is an excellent platform combined with Zapier, which enhances task automation in my Funnel Building business. The programming and execution of effects are particularly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
In task programming, getting the hang of it is not too easy. A bit difficult being a beginner.

I use Notion for task automation and I appreciate its simplicity of implementation. It is a better platform combined with Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to organise thoughts, work, jottings, tasks, projects, and knowledge. It basically act as customisable building blocks to track notes, calendar and important stuff.

Nothing mush just need some extra time to get familiar with and but less flexible.

It truly helps me organize every aspect of my life, and I'm not exaggerating. From managing my financial records to tracking my goals and habits, I keep almost everything there. i use it daily, to remember myself what my goals are and keep locked in

Learning how to work with databases isn't very easy, especially for those who aren't already familiar with this field. It can be somewhat challenging to grasp how to accomplish impressive tasks with databases if you don't have prior experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes my life can feel chaotic, with my job, my goals, my to-dos, and the monthly payments I need to manage. Thanks to Notion, I have everything organized in one place. Whenever there’s an update to any of these areas, I simply go to Notion and make the change, so I never forget anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as my entire operating system hub for my content business. I love that it doesn't involve operating complex UIs that slow me down, like some other tools. The AI in Notion is fantastic because it uses all of my documents as context and creates documents at super-fast speeds. I really appreciate its clean and rich UI. Adding rich elements within a document like inline databases and callouts is something I love. It just helps me get the job done without having to deal with a lot of unnecessary buttons. The initial setup was super fast and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The ability to manage the document organizer bar menu could be better. I wish it had a layout like Slack because the current layout is just documents stacked on top of each other. - The layout for tasks and subtasks is lacking compared to ClickUp. I would use Notion for this feature if it had it, so I wouldn't need ClickUp. - The home page is too rigid and lacks customization options.

Some dead end with regard to relationships and filtering. Somewhat quirky when working with make. Wish you had a way for me to connect my AI to Notion to integrate all my pieces.

Notion is powerful, but it can feel slow at times, especially when loading large pages or databases. Some features also require a bit of a learning curve, so new users may feel overwhelmed at first. While the customization is great, it sometimes makes simple tasks take longer because you have to set up your own structure.
Offline support could also be better—Notion works best with a stable internet connection, and accessing or editing pages offline is still limited.
