New Features, love them!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the new AI feature that can help summarise pages for ease of information pooling. Also love how intuitive it is.

Nothing so far, currently enjoying the ease of use.

Notion is helping our company to build a knowledge base that is easily accessible to everyone. And with the new AI feature, it has made finding information very easy.
Highly recommend for any team scaling fast.
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, I use Notion daily to manage docs, roadmaps, and team knowledge. The AI Writing Assistant helps me write faster and clearer, the Knowledge Management tools keep everything in one place, and Enterprise Search saves me hours finding info across projects. It’s boosted both my productivity and our team’s alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues with large pages: Once a doc gets heavy with content, embeds, or databases, it can slow down.

Notion helps me centralise all product documentation, meeting notes, and team knowledge in one place, making it easier to stay organised.

the ability to link pages and sites and upload documents to notes pages. helpful AI tools for note taking and organising. I like being able to make lists on my laptop and access them easily from my phone

I wish it came with a few more templates

makes it easier to find my notes when there are lots of them because I can search by theme, author, key finding etc. it helps me stay organised with calendar view and countdowns to my deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
Love the versatility and the collaborative aspect. We use Notion as part of our marketing planning and while some things can get siloed in emails or random Slack messages, keeping track of it in our Notion board keeps us sane. I also love how easy it is to customise folders and channels with , add and remove users and move content around.
As an organisation we also keep track of many aspects of the business in Notion, and its our go-to repository for everything from business processes to worker profiles.

Nothing really. I haven't found anything that is a major negative.

What I like best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and all-in-one workspace feel. It lets you build customised dashboards—like our business Dashboard—that store everything the team needs in one place, from documents and processes to important business data. The ability to organise information with pages, databases, and linked content means nothing gets lost, and staff can easily find what they need without endless emails or messy folders.

The search function isn’t always perfect — it can take a bit of time to find exactly what you’re looking for, hoping the AI search feature will improve as it is developed

Gradually creating a central source of truth, gives our team a central online area to access important information quickly

I’ve been using Notion for a while now, and the addition of the AI feature has genuinely transformed how I work. It’s like having an extra brain on hand — whether I’m looking for something in my own documents, searching across the web, or even digging through public pages, it helps me find what I need quickly and effortlessly. That kind of intuitive access has saved me hours.
What I especially appreciate is how seamlessly it integrates with my workflow. The AI doesn’t just answer questions — it surfaces content, links ideas, and makes navigating my workspace incredibly smooth.

That said, there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to formatting. The AI sometimes needs very explicit instructions to make layout or design changes, and it can miss the mark if I’m not crystal clear. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s worth being aware of if you rely heavily on visual structure.
Overall, Notion continues to be a powerful, flexible tool, and the AI makes it even more capable — especially when you need speed, clarity, and creative support all in one place.

Instead of juggling between docs, task managers, note-taking apps, and wikis, I can keep everything in one place — neatly organised and easily searchable. The addition of AI takes it a step further by helping me find what I need instantly, whether it’s buried in my own notes or across public pages and the web.

I’ve been a user of Notion since 2019, turning to it for documentation purposes initially. I use it almost everyday now personally and professionally, especially appreciating its AI writing assistant and flexible capabilities as a tool.

Nothing - it’s incredibly useful all round.

Notion acts as my workplace’s central knowledge repository. As a remote company, it’s crucial we have a hub that is accessible and with easy to find knowledge by all. I also often write reports in my role, and Notion’s AI writing assistant is a great sidekick that offers me useful suggestions and corrections which speed up my delivery time.
