Plus, Notion offers suggestions with templates that you can just fill out and expand on. The user-friendly help guide is really handy, as it provides direction without requiring a lot of technical knowledge. The initial setup was pretty seamless, with integrations that allow you to move and upload information easily.

Versatile Organizer with Rich Features and Easy Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for organizing my notes, keeping trackers, and utilizing the inbuilt AI feature. One of the best things about Notion is that the data syncs across all the apps I'm logged into, so if I take notes on my laptop, the same reflects on my mobile version. The rich editor, highlighter features, and pages make Notion a great organizer. Being a programmer, I appreciate that I can copy and store the code in code blocks, which are formatted according to the language. I can also create beautiful notes using headings, subheadings, colored text, and various other formatting features. Notion's huge template library, which I can add to my workspace, offers rich features that were lacking in Evernote. Additionally, I found the initial setup super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the code goes beyond 10,000 characters I think, the code syntax doesn't work, also some of the features like pdf export are paid. Importing the pdf, sometimes doesn't work right, also there is size limit on the import file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my notes and trackers and love its data syncing across devices. The rich editor and formatting features enhance code handling and note-taking. The built-in AI feature is a plus. It's super easy to set up and replaces the less-featured Evernote.
Endless Features and Customization—A Game-Changer for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability, the crazy number of features (I just keep discovering more!), and the problem-solving / organizational ability. Switching to Notion has really helped streamline and organize my business practices. It seemed a little overwhelming at first with all the various features and builds, but it didn't take long for me to start thinking of this as a sandbox instead; a million ways to customize to make it work for me, and way easier to integrate and implement into my processes than expected. Huge improvement overall. I use it little every day for so many business-related tasks. I haven't needed customer support yet, but I'll say that there are a ton of resources available between the provider and the user community that is wildly helpful for self-helpers like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite been able to figure out a good timekeeping with reporting solution yet using Notion. That's not to say it isn't possible, I just think I'll have to find a clever way to build it, or find one already built by someone. I just want a simple clock in/out, and the ability to produce time spent-per-project reports for clients. I use Odoo for this right now and it would be great to bring one more thing into my Notion hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, customer tracking, project pipelines, invoice tracking, note taking... all the things. All the things in one place, which is even better.

It allows me to take notes, create dynamic spreadsheets where I can add more content, use different colors to track status, and categorize everything. Plus, Notion is a free project management tool for me. It can do lots of different things and I find it better for project management compared to Google Docs and Excel.

It's free for my company, which makes it very accessible and solves many of my problems, making it something I use every day. Even though I'm not a designer, Notion's advanced templates make things easy for me. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and overall, Notion is more complete for what we needed, especially having switched from Trello.
