The Best Knowledge Management System Out There
What do you like best about the product?
It is handsdown the best knowledge management system I could hope for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of password-protected pages to keep certain documentes more secure

We specialize in a ton of different markets and products. This gives us the ability to manage any and all notes, while taking advantage of the AI feature to help us find answers fast and develop custom messaging based on our internal notes
Flexible and Powerful AI Notetaking for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
its flexibility, the AI notetaking has been awesome, using it for personal checklists but also collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
copying and pasting can be wonky, and sometimes stuff doesn't work right and I have to exit out and reopen the page because there's no refresh

checklist tracking, project tracking, taking notes, refining language

Tells me exactly what i have to get done. Everything is organized and connected together (no more manually tracking entries on multiple pages)

I havent found anything yet, so far its been perfect!!

I find Notion incredibly helpful to quickly locate what I need when I need it. I really appreciate its ease of use, making my tasks straightforward. The initial setup was great, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, Notion works great for what I need it for.

I like Notion's AI integration and the ability to create workflows. I use the AI meeting notes features extensively, and workflow integrations help me build my personal OS. The initial setup was pretty good.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is a game changer, basically does the job of MCP without having to configure servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rendering full DBs for the smallest tables, causes a lot of lag and for sure not set up optimally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR onboarding is an easy one, one time drop company docs into workspace then new joiners use the AI assisatant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pages feed option for taking notes. It allows me to see what I have notated and come back to easily via search.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I first started using it, I did not know where to begin with the tool. I had to go some google searching to figure out how best to use the tool and make it work for my business needs. Would be nice to have an onboarding tool to help people get started with it more effectively at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to come back to my notes and solve problems and challenges facing my company. I spend less time searching my notes and more time working on solving challenges.
