Notion is our daily how-to handbook
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure and the way it is organized, and the ease of use when I need to find things that I know that exist there (somewhere) and things that I don't know and need to read or learn for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting content to pdf/email/docx is not well done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two main use-cases: (1) when I don't know something about the company or the product - Notion is the first place to search for pages and knowledge. with the new AI functionality, it can summarize multiple pages into one brief response that can easily solve the knowledge gap.
(2) When I need to contribute to knowledge or process within the company and its products - I do it inside Notion.

The most flexible and powerful productivity platform I’ve used.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Notion is its incredible versatility—whether I need to keep things simple with a clean task list or build a complex database system for a client, Notion handles it all. The built-in AI assistant has become an essential part of my workflow, helping me brainstorm, summarize, and draft content quickly across both personal projects and client deliverables. I onboard every new client onto Notion, and the process is always smooth. They find it intuitive and enjoy the ability to collaborate in real-time with all documentation and processes centralized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the vast capabilities, the flexibility can be a double-edged sword—new users can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the open-ended nature of the platform without guidance or templates. I would love for there to be an offline mode - enabling me to edit . Lastly, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with external tools like Google Drive, Slack, and QuickBooks without needing workarounds or third-party automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving a major problem I’ve faced for years—scattered tools and fragmented information. Instead of jumping between separate apps for project management, documentation, note-taking, CRM, and content planning, I now manage everything within a single, unified workspace. This has significantly improved my operational efficiency, reduced context-switching, and helped me stay organized both personally and professionally. For my clients, it streamlines onboarding, centralizes SOPs and assets, and enables transparent collaboration. The ability to customize every workspace to match the client’s needs—whether for marketing, operations, or creative workflows—adds tremendous value. The AI tools enhance this further by saving time on writing, summarizing meetings, and creating content drafts, allowing me to focus more on high-impact work.
Notion AI: Is it finally worth the upgrade?
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for about three years, across my personal life as a second brain and also to run my language school remotely. Once you get to grips with how Notion works, it really allows you to take down the silos and see connections and also share information easily in an organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up until recently, I didn't really like the sort of tacked-on AI. It wasn't really bringing any benefit, but that's now starting to change with the recent update that allows you to search, research your files and transcribe meetings. I think the value proposition has increased and I like how it's embedded in the business tier which I was looking to upgrade to. So now that that's embedded in, I will be upgrading to take full advantage of these new AI features.
As for further things I don't like, I definitely would prefer granular permissions. I think that would be a big step to making this a complete tool that could be used in bigger organizations or even make things easier with the sharing of databases within organizations like my own which has 10 staff.

For me, Notion gave me a solution to run my business remotely. Previously, I had a tape-togethered system of a variety of tools. While Notion allowed me to centralize all my operations and management of my school in one place. In some ways, because I was previously on the ground running the business in Thailand for eight years, I think since we've moved our system to Notion and we're running the school remotely, it actually runs better from a management perspective.
The solution allowed me to break down a lot of silos and updating and sharing information with teachers and combining our customer relationship manager all under the one roof. I like the flexibility of how a no-code tool. It allows me to build the system myself, update it, refresh it, and improve on it without needinga technical expert.

A Game-Changer for Modern HR Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day in my HR role, and it’s truly transformed how I organize, document, and collaborate. The flexibility of the platform makes it easy to create living documents, workflows, and knowledge bases that my team can actually use—not just reference once and forget.
The real standout recently has been Notion’s AI features. I rely on it for summarizing lengthy policy drafts, rewriting content in a more human tone, and even generating first drafts of job descriptions or onboarding plans. It’s like having an extra teammate who’s always ready to help me think and write faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions can be a bit tricky, especially when you're trying to share a single page without giving access to the full workspace or when collaborating across teams with different levels of visibility. I’ve also noticed performance can lag a bit in large, complex workspaces or when there are lots of embedded databases on a single page. And while the AI is great for drafting and summarizing, it’s still learning—sometimes the rewrites feel too generic or miss the tone I’m going for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s also helping solve the “blank page” problem with AI. Whether I’m drafting a new policy, writing a performance improvement plan, or rewording a handbook section, Notion AI helps me move from idea to first draft faster. That means I spend more time thinking strategically and less time formatting or copy-pasting between tools.
Makes work-life balance achievable and accessible
What do you like best about the product?
the way it helps me organized my notes, it is very easy to use and to maintained organized. I used to have a piles of notes on my desk now they are accessible anywhere. I like how I can use it for both work and personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning season at the beginning was hard and it could deter a lot of people form using notion. I was able to stick to it but I know if I didn't have the time to learn how it works I wouldn't
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking clients notes for work - it allows me to maintained an organized system rather than writing by hands then transcribing them I can do a case note in minutes even if my notes are disorganized the AI assistant organizes it for me. Before I would have to do all of this on my own and would have a pile of notes to go over and type.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and easy to find information. I like the formatting/layout of pages and information
What do you dislike about the product?
Our hierarchy is a little funky and could use improvement. Also, a number of pages are updates (though I like that we can tag who is responsible for updating)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is my first time using Notion as I worked for the government before, but I like that it is an easy way to access and find information without having to sleuth through documents
Love using Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it so easy to get organized and to find all of our company data. I use it daily to keep track of my work and use notion mail to automatically label my e-mails in gmail. It was very easy to set up though the UI takes a bit of getting used to if you're not familiar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like notion AI to survey database content better! The AI autofill is incredibly useful, but I often encounter roadblocks when trying to use the AI chat to better understand a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly and reliably find company information accross all platforms.
