Customizable Workspace That Works Like My Brain
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion allows me to make it work the way my brain works, which is so much better than other systems that force you into certain formats. It's amazing how I can open boards, pages, and databases, and link them all together seamlessly. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fully versed in how to link across different boards to not have to duplicate information - like a reporting structure, but I wouldn't say it's a fault of Notion but more user error - maybe a full template for reporting would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize various department categories, tailor project management to my needs, and link boards, pages, and databases seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is totally customizable and that it connects to our suite of other tools, which makes it a great asset for managing my projects and aligning with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like a direct integration with Outlook where I can click a button in Outlook to create a project or task in Notion. I would love to be able to create a task or project based on an email directly in Notion rather than having to copy and paste the info/ask manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep reliable transcribed notes, manage tasks from meetings, prioritize my to-do list, track progress, and align task management across my team.
Simplicity and Efficiency in Daily Life
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using Notion, it's as if it understands my needs even before I express them. I just have to fill out a short form, and my task is on the to-do list. It's sorted and I can easily see the next steps to take. I used a template for the initial setup and improved it in just a few moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send an email to an email address, and have the task create itself automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me make decisions about the order of processing my tasks. Its ease of use allows me to easily organize my tasks and see the next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing my thoughts and ideas for both business and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for it to create a response / action. I think it’s user error though, so I’m working on framing my requested actions more effectively for better output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization is my number one use. It helps me tackle to-do lists and also keep them updated. It helps me build out SOPs for my business and keep track of progress for each in addition to helping me write in conjunction with ChatGPT.
Notion AI Simplifies Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion AI enhances our workflow and makes information accessible. Notion is super easy to configure, which is a big plus for me. I also enjoy the views feature, especially for displaying data, as it helps in our project management and knowledge management tasks. The integration with Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook adds a lot of value to our use. Additionally, the project management features are a key reason we switched from Atlassian to Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook integration is basic. We would love to put our calendar and mail into Notion. We would like to use Notion mail and Notion calendar but they are not integrated with Microsoft. I’d also personally like to see tags. Workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for business planning, project management, knowledge management, and collaboration, and find it valuable for integrating with Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, with data displayed accessibly via Notion AI.

I also appreciate the various kinds of content I can create in one place, such as tables, links, checklists, and buttons. This setup streamlines my workflow without needing many different tools, making collaboration productive and easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about notion is its flexibility. we can design our work flows exactly the way we want like notes, documentation of our projects or team collaboration. Its database functionality is very easy to use and solves our problem to use other dedicated tools for database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion offline support is somewhat limited to use. when we work with very large datasets the performance sometimes slows down but this has also improved over time with updates.

It allows us to save our all project related docs, information and datasets in one place. I use notion for taking notes also instead of using separate app or tool for this. It helps me to organize my ideas at one place.

I use Notion to manage and separate my tasks according to timelines using the calendar, which gives a clean and simple outlook. Notion really helps me stay organized by keeping all my tasks in a way that's easy to follow. I really like how I can put tasks in different views according to work needs and set timelines so I can clearly see how much time is left to complete tasks. I also use headings, tables, and checklists for my work and add images to make it look better and manage my personal work more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start, working on Notion is quite overwhelming because of the sheer amount of features present. It does get overwhelming for a person who is starting out. There are a lot of features, and offline use is quite limited as well, which can be improved. The initial setup was quite hard because there were so many features present.

I use Notion to organize my tasks with a calendar view for a clean overview. It helps me stay organized with easy-to-follow task management using headings, tables, and checklists, making my personal work more manageable.

I use Notion mainly for organizing notes online to easily access them from anywhere. I like that Notion helps to maintain my notes in one place and allows me to access them from multiple devices. I appreciate the sync across devices feature, which is my favorite. It helps me continue writing notes from exactly where I left off on another device, even if my laptop shuts down due to low battery. The initial setup of Notion was easy.
