My second Brain for 3 years in a row
What do you like best about the product?
I organise all my projects and new insights. Also I like to use Notion AI to help me with my software development and also for meetings and Emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have my Rabbit R1 connected to Notion and using my database as part of the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with all the organisation of my work, tasks, meeting minutes and emails
Great tool, but could use some UI improvements to make it simpler
What do you like best about the product?
Our company manages a ton of documentation so I like how dynamic the page content and organization can be.
Notion AI has helped me find answers to questions quickly, even if they're in Slack not just Notion
I like being able to link to comments in Notion pages for continuity across tools
Able to embed a lot of different types of content easily into pages

What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting pages can be overly complicated, like making bulleted lists the way I want, formatting tables, or using multiple columns
Spaces, wikis, and the overall hierarchy of pages is also confusing, and leads to frustration with what can be put in pages or not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise level documentation. it benefits me by simplifying new hire onboarding and training, and documenting processes and projects for the rest of the team
The best PKM system for managing projects and notes, especially with teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a powerful, personal knowledge management tool that I love to use. It has become my place for writing drafts of content and organizing notes. The new AI assistant is able to scour your notes (which I pull in from Readwise) and help you with outlines and surfacing helpful quotes. I love the beautiful UI and how easy it is to share pages with others. I use Notion as a weekly journal and daily notepad as well for working on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to use Notion as a project manager, but the database interface remains cumbersome. I use it for project management, but only because it is where I am working most of the day, and I find myself reluctant to open other apps. The AI assistant is capable of helping to build databases, so I think I need to grow my skills for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a perfectly integrated system for notes for the online course I am developing. I can store drafts, scripts, social media posts, design boards, etc all in the same place and keep them organized and searchable. If I add a team member, I will definitely be using Notion more effectively.
Notion AI Review

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other AI tools could be much simpler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes answering a question easy with Notion AI powered by knowledge base across the company
Great product with room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an awesome tool for organizing documents and creating consistency across the organization and I use it on the daily. The organization in the tool is great and allows you to create direct relationships between relevant topics. The platform offers a large amount of tools from regular pages to embedding to creating databases. The AI feature is awesome and allows you to create something that corporations are pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into. An AI that will effectively read your own documentation and respond based on that is something that every organization should look into doing. You can also link it to some service like Slack and Google Drive, however, that is hidden behind yet another paywall. Although a slight learning curve, when you do get notion set up, it can be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, notion can sometimes be slightly confusing. The nested structure can make it tricky to navigate around, although, the search tool is a great helper for this. The UI can also be somewhat frustrating at times since it has not yet felt intuitive for me to get used to intentionally having to open up a new tab, rather the default is for the product to take you to the new page and lose the old page you were on. The AI tool also has room for improvement, my main problem with the tool is the lack of context/presets. The tool does read through your documents however, there is no way to create company wide defaults that would allow you to quickly create rules for AI searching. The AI is in its Alpha so it is expected that it will get better over time. The customer support is also difficult to get a hold of. The tools for AI help and the automated AI responses are great, however, I have been waiting for a week for a human response at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an easily accessible AI searchable knowledge base that gives my organization quick access to documentation that could easily be buried under numerous folders.
Formatting quirks aside, this is an amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
We're really enjoying using Notion for knowledge management in my organization. It provides clear organization, a thoughtful interface, and a clear flow that helps people use it frequently in their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the various formatting options are challenging to navigate and feel less intuitive to me coming from other software, but this is just the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of internal methods that we need our external facing teammates to be able to use with partners. This helps us organize and thoughtfully direct people towards the right products to use.
Beta Built w Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I built a beta version of a tax tool that we are making for teenagers. Did the whole thing with AI. It had some hiccups, but I was able to get through majority of what I needed in half the time versus if I would’ve done it all by hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t like that I couldn’t build tables with AI on initial prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me use multiple software in one tool. It’s solving the problem of me having to manage multiple tools to get what I’m trying to get accomplished. It’s also easy enough that I don’t have to be an artist to use it, and my out put still looks nice. It also helps me test tech ideas without code.
Love having everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have everything in one place and being able to access it from my phone. It makes it handy for quickly adding expense records and writing notes. Relating things makes it super easy to keep track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance. The bigger your databases get the clunkier it feels. Not having offline access is also huge. I find myself trying to input records in crucial moments where internet signal is weak and it is VERY frustrating that I can’t open or quickly input data. This is what makes me consider leaving Notion all together and simply inputting data into programs that are good at that one thing instead with local access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is seemingly getting better at integrating with the data input in to databases. It’s quicker to get relative info regarding my own data than before but it’s still a long way away. If I input 50 computers in my computer inventory and ask Notion AI to count how many computers I have it gets it wrong every time.
A reliable knowledge management platform with some encouraging albeit WIP AI tech

- Straightforward systems for tracking activities across agile boards, with good tagging and notifications.
- Straightforward systems for tracking activities across agile boards, with good tagging and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Small but sometime irritating quirks of the text editor (no underlining, when selecting e.g. a toggle rather than changing an existing line it adds it to the one below, etc).
- 'Ask AI' often returns less helpful insights than traditional search; excited to see how it improves but not much value as it stands.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily as a knowledge sharing platform, for docs, agile activity cards and files.
It's a super versatile tool that elegantly displaces multiple apps. Love it.
What do you like best about the product?
The way I can tie all my content, projects, notes, meetings, etc. together in a single place. It's easy to use and once you get the hang of it super powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered Markdown support. Database integrations can be rough, especially when you want to filter out old information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Meeting notes, Task list... all things that help me keep on track to do what I do.
