What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a "one stop shop" - Between its built-in functionality and the myriad available apps that can be installed, almost anything can be done inside Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult sometimes to find what I'm looking for because there are so many menu options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with email overload - instead of sending emails back and forth we use Zoom chat within our team and our company to send small communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has many useful features, and I use some of the most important ones to make my work more effective. Its ease of use and ability to integrate with different systems help me attend important meetings and complete online tasks from anywhere. It feels almost like being in a face-to-face meeting, where I can easily ask and answer questions, share my screen, and explain my work clearly. Their customer support is also very helpful and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face technical issues when I try to ask a question or talk to my colleagues. Even after unmuting my microphone, it doesn’t work properly, which creates problems during meetings. I’ve also experienced similar issues when I host meetings and give access to others to present their work — they sometimes face the same microphone problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me assign my work more effectively because, during meetings, I can clearly understand the client’s requirements directly. This allows me to complete tasks with greater accuracy and to explain the main tasks and subtasks properly to my team members so that we can achieve our goals efficiently. It’s also beneficial because I don’t need to visit the client’s office for meetings — especially when the client is in another city or country. Zoom helps me overcome this challenge easily.

I particularly appreciate the AI Companion features for meeting summaries and the ability to quickly switch between different communication modes - video, chat, or phone - all within one platform.

The platform can feel overwhelming with so many features packed into one interface. The search functionality across chat and files could be more robust, and occasionally, the notifications can be excessive when you're part of multiple channels and ongoing meetings. The mobile app, while functional, doesn't offer the same smooth experience as the desktop version for more complex tasks.

Zoom Workplace consolidates our communication tools into a single platform, eliminating the need to switch between multiple apps for video calls, instant messaging, and file sharing. This has significantly reduced context-switching and improved team productivity. The persistent chat rooms keep conversations organized by project, and the meeting recordings with AI-generated summaries ensure that team members who couldn't attend live can catch up quickly. This has been especially valuable for our distributed team across different time zones.

I have been using Zoom Workplace since few years, and honestly it has made my daily work communication much smoother. The platform is very easy to use and the video quality is usually quite clear even when internet is not very strong. The best thing I like is how simple it is to schedule or join meetings without wasting time.

Honestly, Zoom Workplace is quite good overall, but at times it feels a bit heavy to use. For example, when many people join a meeting, it can start to lag or the audio may have a slight delay. There are also occasions when it takes a while to connect or log in again, even if the internet connection is stable. I wish the chat and meeting interfaces were a bit simpler, as switching between them can be confusing sometimes. Still, I really appreciate the efforts of the Zoom team—just a few small improvements could make the experience even smoother for everyone.Also a suggestion u can provide a local host API for Business Users for little Subscription based model for their daily client deals and meeting interaction

Earlier it was difficult to manage meetings and communication on mails or calls, but now everything is in one place. It saves lot of time because we can share screen, discuss ideas, and even chat instantly without switching apps. The video and audio quality are quite reliable which makes communication more clear. It also helps in reducing travel time and improves work productivity. Overall, it makes teamwork more smooth and comfortable for daily work.
Great Screen Sharing Across Devices, Minor Confusion with Multiple Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the freedom this tool gives me to share my work screen and manage other participants, something that's not possible with WhatsApp video calls. It's also very convenient because I use it on both my PC and my tablet, and it performs well on both devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I notice is that having multiple instances of the meeting or sync can be confusing.Also the meeting time limit,that is one of the downsides.

The major problem that zoom workplace is solving is being the dependable replacement for video conferencing,also it has been useful for professional settings,and also serving as a meeting place for friends when we work on new projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use—just log in and you're ready to go. I can use it multiple times a week without any trouble. Sharing files with other Zoom participants is straightforward, and if any issues arise, customer support is always available to help. Logging into Zoom with hundreds of people is also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have strong feelings either way. It's simply a tool we all rely on to keep in touch, even when we're separated by great distances.

Great Video Quality and Usability, But Heavy on RAM for Low-End PCs
What do you like best about the product?
Video calls and meetings work smoothly even with low internet connectivity. The app is easy to use on both mobile devices and desktops or laptops. Its small download size makes it accessible even when internet speeds are slow. When a good internet connection is available, the video quality is excellent and the audio remains in sync.

It uses enough RAM to slow down your low-end PC when you're multitasking.

As a BTech student who also teaches part-time, I depend on Zoom for my online classes. It has consistently met my expectations, allowing me to conduct sessions lasting one to two hours without any lag.
I used zoom for my classes and internship meetings, hassle free and easier interface to use.

It provides free video call meetings, that we can schedule anytime, anywhere. It's mobile application provides a way easier access to it, without any need of PC. The host can manage everything easily in the meeting, hassle freely.
The other best thing about it is, that it provides cloud storage that i can use for recordings of video call meetings.

The time limit for video calls for non-upgraded users is 40 miutes , which is quite less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am into a remote internship currently, all I can do to connect is video confrencing, and screen sharing. It contains a lot of privacy issue, zoom's secure video confrencing service is something I can trust.

Zoom Workplace combines chat, meetings, calls, documents & workspace tools in one place, reducing the need for many apps. It has built in AI for summaries and task tracking and a lot of integrations. It also supports hybrid work with desk booking and visitor management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customisation of UI is limited. Mobile and offline support may lag relative to desktop. Complexity of features for smaller teams who only need simple video/chat.
