Integrated Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is the kind of features it has in it's Video feature. You get ample number of options to enhance the video quality and the the avatar feature is really funny when playing virtual games with the team. The new AI integration has made it even better.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess rather than having all the options like- chat, meetings, Docs etc, at the top, if Zoom can place them on the left it would be lot easier for users to navigate from one option to another.
Another thing i find sometimes messy is the left hand option section once you click on Teams Chat like @mentions, channels etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would have separate platforms to execute training, collaborate and communicate, but with everything in one platform, learner experience is simpler, and we removed administrative burden instead of having to navigate multiple platforms.
Using interactive features like polls, whiteboards, and AI-generated recaps are ensuring the learners are engaged during the session and afterwards. We have seen increased completion rates and the speed at which, learners apply job skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy connectivity with team members for a quick video conference, clear audio and video quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is there are more features in zoom workspace sometimes it make user experience complicated and mainly the limitations on free version like 40minutes limited meet time etc,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes staying connected with my team really easy. Whether I’m working from home or the office, I can chat, join meetings, share notes, and collaborate all in one place. It saves me time and helps me stay organized, so I can focus on getting work done without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very intuitive and convenient to use especially for students and workers in so many different setting.
The interface is very easy to understand even for first time users and the colour combination in my opinion is one of the best for the eyes. With practicality and user experience in terms of screen sharing and screen interactiveness with others, this is a 10/10 in my opinion. I took an online exam using zoom with the white board was amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app crashes unexpectedly or the network could be somehow unresponsive. However, restating the app or software usually fixes the issue

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of multiple tools—meetings, chat, phone, and whiteboard—into a single, user-friendly platform. The interface is intuitive, video and audio quality are consistently excellent, and features like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and smart scheduling make teamwork highly productive. It’s a true all-in-one collaboration hub that supports both remote and hybrid work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is highly reliable, a few areas could be improved. Large meetings occasionally consume high bandwidth, which may affect users with weaker internet connections. The frequent updates, though necessary for security and new features, can sometimes disrupt workflow. Additionally, with so many features integrated, it can take time for new users to fully explore and adopt everything. These are relatively small challenges compared to the overall value Zoom provides

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of fragmented communication tools. Instead of switching between multiple apps for meetings, chat, whiteboarding, and phone calls, everything is integrated into one seamless platform. This not only saves time but also makes collaboration smoother, especially for hybrid and remote teams. For me, it has eliminated miscommunication, improved meeting productivity, and allowed me to stay connected with colleagues and clients regardless of location. The ability to record sessions, use breakout rooms, and share screens ensures that collaboration is just as effective online as it would be in person.

What do you like best about the product?
It's interactive soothing powerful teams collaboration is what Zoom offers, while adding add-on and AI into it adds cream to the coffee for the users who show their support interaction and zeal while connecting with other mates from the other corner of the world. It's interactive design and affordability is what Zoom makes its way to every organisation/association and educational institutions. I'm using it since I was doing my bachelor's and now in workplace too. A real partner of an organisation!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one con is that for free users time and space is somehow limited but it can't be it's downside while it is all-in-one tool which lags sometimes and some users do fuzzy things in meetings which could be restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spread over various place and it is hard to reach for everyone to attend physical meetings and to add spice to the steak we have Zoom which makes it all happen with just a single tap on the screen/mouse and we are all in. Zoom really helped us implementing our projects in a soother possible way.

Zoom Workplace: A Place for Professional Meetings & Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace have feature of Video call/conference, Chatting/message and whiteboard in a same application, no need to switch another application. Quality of video is high and clear in comparison to other applications. All the features are easy to use. It work on both laptop & mobile seamlessly, also it is very easy to switch between two devices. I will frequently use this application for our office meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometime work slow in slow internet also features takes time to load during slow internet speed. User Interface is old type it is not updated too much which gives old vibes. For unlocking all the features there is issue of subscription, we get less features without subscription. Also some time it takes time to upload things in cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this Single platform i can easily use chat also share some file or notes or any data to other team-mates easily, i need not to switch in another application in between the meeting. Main benefit is that i need not to load another applications for using above features which saves lots of time.

What i like best about Zoom Workspace is how it consolidates communication and collaboration into a single platform. Having meetings, chat, whiteboard, phone and scheduling all integrated reduces the need to switch between different tools and helps me stay focussed. The platform is highly reliable, even for large meetings and features like AI companion, breakout rooms and persistent whiteboards make collaboration more structured and efficient. It truly function as central hub for my day-to-day work. Implementation was straightforward and i now use it multiple times a day as part of my regular workflow. Its seamless calendar integration also ensures scheduling and follow-ups are simple and efficient, which adds to its overall value as a central hub. Whenever i needed assistance, Zoom customer support has been responsive and helpful and the knowledge base provides clear guidance for most questions, which makes troubleshooting straightforward.

While Zoom Workspace is reliable overall, the interface can feel crowded when switching between chats, meetings and white boards. Managing permissions during webinars or larger sessions also takes more steps then expected.

Zoom Workspace helps solves the challenge of managing multiple tools by bringing scheduling, messaging, meetings and collaboration features into one platform. I no longer have to switch between different apps for chat, calendar or video conferencing, which saves time and keeps my workflow consistent. Screen sharing and virtual classroom features make training and client presentations more effective, while integrated scheduling ensures fewer missed meetings and easier coordination. Overall, it reduces friction in day-to-day work and improves both productivity and communication.

If my internet gets a tiny bit slow the app kind of crashes on me but its not that big of a deal
