Zoom is reliable and has provided good quality when it comes to audio and video conferencing.

Team meetings and conferences can be taken through zoom video conferencing between multiple users and even at distant places.
One of the best apps - but as usual the Pakistanis are using it in monotone manner

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't particularly appreciate how Pakistanis have been misusing Zoom after being told about it on the Internet and YouTube. Using Zoom requires skill, especially when conducting a presentation. Unfortunately, like Pakistan's educational curriculum, so-called "professionals" have been misusing it and setting a bad example that others blindly follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to the conference room in Clifton, Karachi. I work in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, so it's convenient for me to learn from my seniors without having to leave my workplace.

It has a lot of controls when dealing with a large audience.

The audio doesn't connect automatically except you tap on the "connect audio"

It solves the problem of physical distance by providing a platform for virtual meetings, enabling seamless communication and collaboration. This benefits me by allowing to connect, work, and conduct meetings efficiently, regardless of geographical constraints, which is especially valuable in remote work scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high quality video and audio for online meetings and webinars. It's easy to get started and it is free to join someone else's zoom room. We use it for all of our business meetings since most of our clients are have it installed on their own devices. It's so popular that you almost never have to tell someone how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent updates, which are actually a great thing, but if you haven't used the app in a while, you may have to run an update right before a meeting starts for it to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work from home or any remote location without having to be in the same office as colleagues or clients, but we can easily stay in touch. Screensharing is simple so it is easy to explain a concept or go over an issue together and save the time of going back and forth in an email or on an audio only call.

Audio: Sometimes if the internet connection is bad, the input audio looks core problem, and the call feature also seems little bit error-prone, not same for all countries

Talking to our peers with ease, no complex stuff/setup to take care of, create a link, share, and you're ready to go.

What do you like best about the product?
I frequently use Zoom to interact with my colleague while working on our project. It's screen sharing and other interactive features helps to me to do work in more efficient way.Zoom is easily integrate with other platforms. I think they got wonderful coustomer support that makes platform more enjoyable. It's easy to use any features due to its simple UI.

Some time I faced some sound problem while meeting.otherwise all features are very good.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty simple to use. The Zoom rooms functionality is also great in comparison with MS teams you have way more ways to configure the rooms and make use of them.
