What do you like best about the product?
The management is easy and the performance is smooth and fluent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few issues when using this on Linux, particularly with microphone compatibility. I have experienced some problems getting the microphone to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it much easier for us to handle our daily meetings and manage the support process efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing my screen is simple, and I notice that many of my colleagues use Zoom frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I experience issues with my microphone in Zoom Workplace, which results in others not being able to hear me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most of my meetings with clients and colleagues, we use Zoom Workplace. Since we often work on projects and manage timelines together, I find it convenient because I can easily share my screen and discuss everything effectively.

I like how reliable and easy to use Zoom Workplace is. The video and audio quality are consistently good, and it’s simple to join or host meetings without much setup. Features like screen sharing, chat, and recording are intuitive and make collaboration smooth, especially when working with groups or attending classes remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can feel overwhelming at times with so many features and notifications, especially for quick meetings. It can also be a bit resource-heavy, which sometimes slows down my computer if I’m running other programs at the same time.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of staying connected and collaborating when people aren’t in the same location. It makes it easy to attend meetings, communicate in real time, and share screens or files without needing to be in person. This benefits me by saving time, reducing the need for travel, and making it easier to work with classmates or teams efficiently, especially when schedules don’t line up.

I am very likely to recommend it. The product is dependable, user-friendly, and functions smoothly without causing any interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the interface can feel somewhat cluttered due to the abundance of features included. Additionally, I have noticed that performance tends to be inconsistent, especially during peak hours.

It helps centralize communication so meetings, messages, and collaboration aren’t spread across too many tools. That makes day-to-day coordination easier, though there’s still room for smoother workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has truly transformed the way my team and I work together. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy for us to organize and host training sessions with the entire team. Afterward, we can seamlessly transition into meetings to review and discuss how to implement what we've learned. This combination of features has made collaboration much more efficient for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace requires a bit of an adjustment period, especially if you’re already familiar with using Zoom. However, once you become accustomed to it, Zoom Workplace feels like a whole new level of communication compared to the standard Zoom experience.

All-in-One Convenience for Daily Meetings and huddles
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having everything in place, your Zoom meetings, chat logs, the recording, and AI readback. Everything is super convenient and nice to use. It's literally something we use every day as part of our workload. It also has excellent integration with Slack and Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really jumps out except for sometimes the frequent updates can get stuck, and you have to uninstall and install the client fresh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
About 80% of our workforce is remote, so being able to have regular schedule meetings and also quick stand-up meetings over Zoom is super helpful. Also, when we're dealing with complicated problems, being able to do a quick screen share so that we can all be on the same page and see what others are seeing is super helpful.

Zoom Workplace does a great job as an all-in-one collaboration tool. Meetings, chat, and calendar integration work seamlessly together, and the meeting summaries are genuinely helpful for staying aligned and saving time. It’s easy for teams to adopt and keeps day-to-day communication centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI features, especially meeting transcription customization, are not very intuitive. Even working with IT, the setup was confusing and hard to manage, which ultimately led us to stop using Zoom for transcriptions and rely on a separate tool instead.

Sometimes it disconnects mid call and it is a little bit of a hard thing to handle.
