A excellent tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use,
Ease of sign In,
Clarity of voice/Video.
Rarely faced any drop off issues or audio problems.
AI Assistant for taking notes is excellent.
Conducting a meeting large number of people is very seamless.
Integration with other tools like Slack, Outlook is very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not that great, it is simple black/White UI which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to Work From Any Where with the team by using Zoom. Integration with tools like Zoom provides instant access.
Easy to present over it, using Share Screen and whiteboards are some good features.
Recording the meetings is very simple.
AI writing assistant is very helpful in taking MOMs.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very easy to use. it also provides fast and high quality calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duration of use as a guest (without purchasing) is very short. Also, the pricing is very high considering Türkiye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables remote interviews and online meetings to be held effortlessly.
Best platform for scheduling meetings, joining calls, and collaborating across teams
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom Workplace is its simple UI, which combines video meetings, phone, chat, etc., into a single app and reduces the need of multiple apps. We can easily integrate with Microsoft 365, Salesforce like platform. This tool has really helped us a lot during hybrid mode of working and especially during Covid time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but sometimes we feel lag or connection problems when working from a place where there is low-bandwidth internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all of our team members to connect very easily when working in hybrid mode and increased our productivity when working from home. We all can share screen and have video chat to brainstrom on a topic and reach to a solution.

I really like the AI Companion which helps in summarising the meeting and preparing minutes of meeting seamlessly.
Also the calender is very useful in getting an overview of all the meetings scheduled for a week in one glance.

Sometimes the meeting loading up takes a lot of time.
Sometimes i face issue with audio, suddenly audio mode changes from bluetooth to laptop speakers.

It's helping me with:
1. AI Companion -> helping with meeting summaries and MoM.
2. Close Captions-> sometime this helps me in understanding what people with different accent than mine are actually saying.
3. Calender -> helping me with quick glance of the entire schedule for the week, also quickly scheduling and editing the meetings.
I haven't used surveys much but have participated in surveys created by my team, and they seems to be good.

Zoom works really good. the video and audio quality are good, and it’s easy to use for meetings.

I really like how simple and user-friendly Zoom Workplace is. Sharing screens, chatting, and joining meetings is all smooth and quick, which makes working or studying much easier.

Sometimes the connection gets a quite unstable, and the meeting can lag or cut, which can be frustrating during important discussions.

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of staying connected when working or studying from home. It makes meetings and classes easy to join from anywhere, giving ample time and helping me stay organized.

I really like Zoom's whole interface. It is easy to record and assign people to panelists or other roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the browser app as it does not offer all the functionality as the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to connect with our remote teammates and get the work done. The screensharing helps in understanding what a person is explaining easily. We also host webinars on it and is super easy to invite guest and manage the webinar.

Great way to communicate with friends and family - using it for business is a bit challenging vs Chime or MS

I use it for a weekly meeting, and get lots of complaints that every time someone opens Zoom, it has to update.

Zoom doesn't really help with my business issues. Use it more for family and friends

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom Workplace is the seamless integration of all communication tools into one single application. The AI companion is a game-changer. The ability to auto-generate summaries saved hours of note-taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit cluttered with all the integration, which can be slightly overwhelming for new users who just want to join a meeting. The notification settings need more control to avoid being constantly pinged from different parts of the app.

It unifies everything. The biggest benefits for me is efficiency and ensure all our communication is in one organized place. AI companion save time in note-taking allowing focus conversation only.

When joining any meeting through browser interface ,video and MIC settings should be default to off , sometimes when I joined from browser it's was turned on without my knowledge

Zoom is a great virtual meeting platform that provides multiple benefits.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI functions to summarize meetings. It saves a lot of time and gives great summaries. I also like the breakout rooms. The email add-on makes it very easy to schedule meetings. I love the appearance of the app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the instability and bugs. I've had several instances where for some reason my meeting attendees were unable to connect due to error messages regarding the meeting ID number being invalid.

It provides the ability to meet without being physically present. It saves time for meeting summaries and minutes. It provides flexibility for users to meet virtually which is fantastic for executives who are travelling and could possibly have conflicts.
