Best thing about zoom workspace is that it is reliable and runs perfect on every device without any issue.

Sometimes i gets confused due to many features are available so I wish it can offers cleanup.

Now i can join and create online meetings with no time just some click and boom.

The quality of video and audio is very impressive it do work of many tools.

I noticed sometimes get compromised during large audience.

What do you like best about the product?
While using Zoom it will be sure for us the meeting will will easy and smooth because in case multile people also join there is not an issue and even we can control the access for all.

it's sometime network type issue only which I feel

Bigger team manage in virtual mode with easy to manage features. Now don't need to be penic we can schedule meet in few seconds.

Occassional glitches, loss of sound, hard to access settings, etc.

Good for online demonstrations, and not being able to attend in-person events.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very simple, helpful and especially works in many place where there is lack of connection. The user interface is not new but friendly and easy to manage, there is a good customer support and we use it for all our meetings

User interface is old and sometimes is difficult to find the feature you need in the control panel

With zoom we solve the integration with Google Calendar and a video conference tool, plus we had a very easy way to use it and to manage meetings planned and instant meetings

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video calls lag a bit when the internet connection is unstable. Also, for first-time users, getting familiar with all the available features takes a bit of time, but once you do, it's very efficient.

Zoom makes it really easy for me to stay in touch with my team, especially since we all work from different places. I use it for daily meetings, sharing updates, and working on tasks together. It saves time because everything calls, files, chats is in one place. I don’t need to keep switching apps, and it helps us stay on the same page.

Easy to make a call and a meeting without efforts.

As Zoom adds chat, whiteboards, calendar, and collaboration tools to compete with Slack and Teams, the interface can feel bloated. For people who just want simple video meetings, this extra stuff gets in the way.

Make streamline communication between our marketing team, sales reps, and factory staff, reducing tool overload and improving efficiency — especially important when we are running campaigns for the Plastmore, IML Food Packaging company.
Makes online classes and group projects easier
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super useful for online classes and group study sessions. I like how simple it is to join or schedule a meeting, and the screen share helps when someone’s explaining stuff. Breakout rooms are cool for small discussions too.

Sometimes it lags or crashes if my internet isn’t strong, and it can drain my laptop battery fast. Also, it gets a bit boring after long hours of use.

Zoom makes it easier to attend online classes, join study groups, and stay connected with teachers and classmates. It saves time and lets me learn from anywhere, which is super helpful when I can’t be on campus.

It is so easy to use just one click to start or to join the meeting also the quality of audio and video is good.

I am irritated by the frequent updates which sometimes catches me off right before the meeting.
