Zoom Workspace: A Reliable Tool for my daily life routine
What do you like best about the product?
I find it is easy to use and the through screen share I can present my slides and even the whole screen without any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed it offer too much features so it sometimes confuse me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of recoding and can using it from any device which makes it reliable.

I find it so much easy to use with clear audio and video quality and works fine on every device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find its difficult to look some of its settings which are hidden behind layers of menu.

It solves the problem of my virtual meetings now i can work from anywhere at any time.

Zoom Workplace is like a big online room where people from office can meet, talk, work together, and share things easily—even if they are sitting far away. Sometimes, Zoom can feel a bit heavy. If the internet is slow, meetings may lag or freeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very easy to use, even for people who aren’t super tech-savvy. Meetings are stable and the video and audio quality are consistently good. Screen sharing works smoothly, and the collaborative features like whiteboards and breakout rooms really help make team sessions more interactive and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered with all the features, which might be confusing for new users. A better onboarding for tools like Zoom Whiteboard would be helpful. Occasionally, audio cuts out in low bandwidth areas, but this doesn’t happen often.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers high quality video and audio that makes remote meetings feel smooth and productive. As an engineer, I often use it for technical discussions, client briefings, and team coordination across different locations. Features like screen sharing, annotation, and breakout rooms are especially useful when I need to explain engineering drawings, system diagrams, or walk through simulation results. The UI is intuitive, and the connection is stable even with average internet bandwidth
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom sometimes struggles when dealing with low-bandwidth environments particularly in remote project areas. Also, while the basic plan is decent, advanced collaboration features (like cloud recording and large meeting support) require a paid subscription. It would be great if more features were available in the free tier, especially for startups or individual consultants

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like zoom to have meeting summary similar to otter.ai, zoom is good, but I am using otter for MOM.
When I connect a zoom meeting over phone, it directly switch on the video, please disable the video as default.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a work as customer success manager, most of the time I spend with strategic customer, hence having the seamless conversation is important, so that we concentrate on the objectives of the meeting, rather than the channel disturbance. This is where Zoom is super helpful.

It offers too many updates which cause interruption in my work sometimes.

It allows me to breakout the meeting into small room so I can use it for small group discussions.

I find the privacy features are not much clear so I have to double check.
