Our small media company has used Zoom & Zoom Marketplace since 2020 and it's changed out coverage.
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything at your fingertips is a huge asset. Whether conducting meetings, scheduling & booking appointments, a chat page offering a multitude of features, or taking advantage of Whiteboards, it provides a number of important tools all in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any. However, I still haven't accessed or tried all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling. It has helped me become much more organized and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing i like is the zoom clips that helps me to share my insights with my team without needing a live call
What do you dislike about the product?
i recently gave interview for software engineering role on zoom platform .. there were people in the different slots and when its your turn u are transferred from waiting room to the interview panel room. The thing i disliked most was there were no prior warning or message that i am being transferred .. i think there should be a dialog box or some kinda message that popup for few seconds stating that i should be ready.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for me it solves the need for scheduling a live call with my teammates..
talking about how it is benefitting me is now i can share quick updates , feedbacks , walkthroughs also i can include my screen which helps in better communication and collab without the need of scheduling live calls

Good platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to seamlessly use calls, chats, and meetings from one platform has greatly improved the efficiency of my business. In addition, as AI functions increase in the future, I believe that if I can master them, my productivity will increase even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing major that I dislike about it, but I've heard that there are some features that are only available in competing products, so I hope that these will be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Until now, it was time-consuming to prepare for web conferences using other tools, but Zoom has come along and made a big improvement. This has not only increased my productivity, but also greatly contributed to my success as a salesperson.
Reliable and Easy-to-Use Tool for Online Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use, even for first-time users. The interface is clean, intuitive, and requires very little setup time, making implementation smooth. It works well across devices without the need for complex configurations. I use it frequently for client meetings, team check-ins, and training sessions. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and chat are extremely helpful, and the ability to record sessions is a major plus. Integration with calendars and links through email makes scheduling seamless. Overall, Zoom saves time, boosts collaboration, and improves communication — especially in a remote work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is a powerful tool, there are a few areas where it can improve. The 40-minute time limit on the free plan often interrupts longer meetings, which can be inconvenient. Occasionally, there’s a slight delay in connecting audio on mobile devices, especially in low-bandwidth environments. In meetings with many participants, video or screen sharing can experience minor lags. Although most features are user-friendly, some advanced settings (like webinar controls or cloud recording options) may require a learning curve for new users. Additionally, live customer support for free users is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Zoom to coordinate remote security staff and conduct regular management meetings. The time saved on travel and improved communication across branches has significantly improved efficiency and productivity.
It also reduces the burden on participants and contributes to saving travel expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's convenient to be able to participate in a meeting with participants from all over the prefecture, sharing screens and having discussions, without leaving the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
When chairing a group meeting with several people, it was inconvenient to remember participants' names by the position of their video frames, as their positions would change when they spoke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before its introduction, for example, the training sessions held three times a year required everyone to gather at a single location regardless of distance from all over the prefecture. This was particularly burdensome for those coming from far away, and travel expenses were also high. With the introduction, the in-person training was reduced to once, alleviating the burden on participants and allowing for savings on travel expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom is remarkably easy and intuitive to use. I enjoy all of the features it has to offer like chat you can access even after a call has ended, the collaboration tools like the whiteboard, and the calendar integrations. Getting set up on Zoom is remarkably simple, if you use Google Workspace, you can simply sign in using your Google account. The in call features are really hard to match with other software, the virtual backgrounds, the appearance fixing, the lighting adjustments, and keeping you center are all really really valuable. Then there's the various ways you can participate in calls, sending emojis, live chat, raising your hand, sending reactions, applause, etc... Finally, the way users are able to administer their calls; establishing a waiting room, muting all participants, requiring cameras to be on. Even outside of calls, the administrative dashboard offers very helpful insights to how your organization is using the software. No implementation required to set up. Just purchase a plan for your organization size, provision full access accounts and you're done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish Zoom did better was integrate with Google Calendar. The updates between the two programs are slow and often, details from a Google Calendar meeting won't make it into Zoom. The integration works really well when you schedule a Zoom meeting form within Google but I would like that same information to be available in Zoom when I open it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to host meetings for our entire organization at any time regardless of if users are in front of their computers or not. Zoom also allows us to have ongoing conversations with clients of ours who either use Zoom at their organization or have been in a Zoom meeting with our team with the ongoing chat feature.

Meeting Challenges: Zoom Workplace helps address challenges related to meetings, offering tools to improve customer interactions, like tracking billable hours and scheduling.

Easy to use, easy to install, basically it is the easiest apps of its kind on the market

I feel like there are a couple other options on the market that easily replace zoom with more to offer and completely for free
