This app is very useful specially in the era of covid-19 virus it was very helpful in my job
What do you like best about the product?
it was a very easy software very useful and helpful to make meetings, especially in the Covid-19 era and the lockdown that happened it makes work, meetings. and reporting to our managers easy from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not dislike anything in this program. it was very helpful for any business type like schools, companies, universities, and any other institution. it allows all people make meetings free and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits to making meetings easier to make especially in covid-19 virus and lockdown happened. Also, it makes life easier in that difficult conditions

Zoom gives you best conferencing experience with your team or friends. for presentation or troubleshooting session zoom is being used for almost everything which used to be done through physical channels , it has now moved to virtual

Though from security perspective they have improved drastically however it is still Low in terms of security features it should be more secure and safe

The simplicity of it. It only takes a few seconds to create a meeting and send out the link. I have never needed to contact Support so far, because it always works when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes work with people that don't use it. I wish scheduling Zoom meetings via Outlook was easier; Outlook pushes Microsoft Teams a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very simple to meet and coordinate remotely. Screen-sharing is great. It makes it easy to include people in meetings even when they are on a different continent. It is easy to send out a link and get everyone on the same page, whether that is a one-on-one meeting, or a meeting with the whole company

Try it for free. You can have up to 40-minute meetings with the free plan. It is hands-down better than Google or Microsoft's options. If you need longer meetings you can upgrade to a paid plan.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, to set up new meetings and webinars, and get people invited. The analytics are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are sharing your screen sometimes it is hard to find the zoom interface/console again to mute/unmute or any other host settings. We always have to have to people on to make sure it runs smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can have meetings again, which we cannot do in person at this time. That we do not have to do as much travel in the future to have productive meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome platform, works for small to extremely large meetings, and it very easy for the whole team to use. Partners well with many of our other products like Hubspot, which allows us to make sure we are maximizing our ROI on Zoom and others.

Love being able to work from home and still stay in touch with my co-workers through zoom conferences!

Nothing really! Maybe the fact that I actually have to dress appropriately to appear on camera!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been working from home for 6 months now and still keeping in touch and coordinating everything with co-workers just like we did in in-person meetings at the office! In my personal life have been taking yoga classes using zoom as well. Have amazing teachers and the classes feel as nice and just as productive as in person classes did! The teacher is live with us, correcting our posture,giving us tips on how to improve the poses, etc.. Definitely making it easier to stay in shape while staying safe at home during these pandemic times. Connection is always on point and stable, never had issues at all even when in conference with people overseas!

Definitely way better than skype, much more stable and reliable!

What I liked best was how simple it was to deploy. i love how stable it is and easy it is to use. Very easy to use and great for external communication to keep separate

What I disliked the most was that it took so long to contact customer service. Customer service was a little slow during the initial part of the pandemic, but so was everywhere. i wish there was a way to auto send out invites built in to the software. this extra steep seems a little frustrating

The issues that Zoom solves for us is meetings with outside and internal people. trying to have meetings with people outside of the organization with people on the inside. seems to work nicely.

Just when I was worried about the zoom, I was worried about the insecurity of the zoom and I was worried about the safety of the zoom and I was worried.
I'm glad because of its improvement, the zoom has many tools, but at first you don't get everything right after using it 2 or 3 times, you are already experienced, very good at it

Using zoom solves a lot of problems, especially in work meetings, I don't need to go to the customer or suppliers, we can do it with zoom, presenting products, services and even quotes, it allows me to continue the meeting, Schedule, etc., with meetings and conversations it's always better with the zoom, I've reduced the costs I had with my car and that has the biggest impact on me and my business.
