Reliable Virtual Meeting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a diverse platform with many options in the meetings and webinar function. There are engagement features such as the polls, chat, Q&A, view formats, and more. The extensive setup options allow for each meeting to be customized and this platform integrates directly into Outlook to make scheduling quick meetings simpler. The waiting room feature and practice sessions allow staff the time to get settled and ensure once launched all our settings are correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all the settings which can be a plus, cause confusion during setup so a slight learning curve here. Also custom frames are in a higher paid version than we subscribe to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us with virtual private meetings, public meetings, educational webinars and social networking events. We have learned most individuals use Zoom in some capacity now and are not only familiar but comfortable with us using this technology to provide a connection platform for them.

Find a way to integrate it with as many of your current technology platforms as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, ease of use, communication for group discussion and interviews. Can complete office conferences, meetings and seminars with ease using Zoom. Its video and audio quality are very good. Also, I can easily record the live sessions for future use and sharing. While doing meetings can share my screen and important files. Also, as a live audience it has a survey and question-answer option which is amazing to conduct team meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be pay as you go offer. Like if some small firms wants to do 2-3 meetings only Zoom can create packages targeting them. Other then this everything is perfect by Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For doing group discussions, having a Panel interview with candidates, and sharing and presenting my works with other colleagues I'm using Zoom. Also, conducting team meetings using it with our clients and vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for the most convenient and user-friendly app for your organization for communicating with the teams, arranging conferences and meetings, conducting interviews, Zoom is the best one to use.

We love that zoom allows us to group communicate because sometimes we need to video call as a department and the best software to use is zoom.
It is very fast in delivering video calls and messages because it does not hold any information before delivering it.

there is nothing so far that our company can dislike about zoom since it very much meeting our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
group video conferencing is a dire need for most companies currently and zoom has this unique feature that enables our company to video call as a department and this has really impacted our company in that we can now hold online meetings as a department regardless of the location of a staff

video conferencing is the current trend in communication for most companies and for it to be effective there must be a reliable and default software for it which i recommend zoom and urge every company to give it a trial.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface of Zoom. I can easily end a call, turn my video or microphone off/on, share my screen, or (if I am the host) start breakout rooms easily and quickly. I also appreciate that meetings can be either scheduled in advance or started quickly. If the meetings are scheduled in advance, I love the option to add it to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complicated it is to access a recorded Zoom meeting. It would be helpful if this were a bit more streamlined or if there were additional information provided on where the recording can be accessed after ending the Zoom meeting. I would also like the ability to make simple edits to a recorded Zoom meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to work and attend school remotely. I am better able to collaborate with colleagues and fellow students without being in the same physical location. Zoom also enables me to attend and/or speak at virtual conferences and seminars to further my professional knowledge/expertise.

Relevant for college students and older adults alike. Easy to learn and use. Would highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly. The sessions are very easy to set up and then to distribute. You can either just talk or share your screen in just a moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you don't know if you will need to have a session longer than 40 minutes, and there is no way to extend. The session will just end and you don't have any options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to COVID, our church was unable to meet for a while. We used Zoom for the Sunday School classes and still use for those who do not feel comfortable coming back to church yet.
Made remote-work so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
You can invite participants easily, it links to your Google Calendar and gives them the link through their invite. You can also switch the view of participants to be on speaker - or the full crowd so you can see everyone. Even if you don't have a Zoom account you can still use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to change settings if you can't make it to a meeting and need to let participants in without the host. Also the backgrounds a little glitchy and don't cover the back completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved working at home with a team all across the state. We are able to all meet together at once and have very productive meetings, using features like screen share to describe or show what we are talking about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a bit expensive so I would recommend buying the multi-user one.

It's extremely easy to set up zoom meetings and even edit settings if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't really found anything I dislike with zoom. Never having used it before the COVID-19 lockdowns, it has proven to be very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that you can set up a meeting in no time and add it invitees calendars for efficiency.
Great video conferencing tool especially with the increase in remote employees and many offices.

From a user stand point it connects to quite a bit of our clients conferencing tools. It's fairly easy for our users to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really against zoom, but we have many clients and they use different conferencing tools that do not connect to zoom so we need to download the software for that conferencing software. It makes thing a bit more difficult when zoom is at the same level and Kleenex ( i have a zoom room. that's actually a google meet, Microsoft teams, GoToMeeting, bluejeans, etc.).

Problems: unable to have face-to-face meetings with staff and clients
Benefits: Being able to connect to staff and clients virtually to have a more personable relationship with our remote employees which aligns with our company views.

If you want a conferencing platform that is easy to use with fair prices for hardware deployments. Then Zoom is a good choice.
If you want to easily manage users and conference rooms. Zoom is for you.
If you want a conferencing software that allows users from 3rd party conference tools to join into a zoom room. Then Zoom is for you. Zoom has allowed to us to connect our staff and clients to zoom rooms even though they connected using a different software like Microsoft Teams.

Zoom: easy to use meeting tool for the business world
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, friendly UI, quick to launch and schedule.

Sometimes launch in browser fails, but this is intermittent
