What do you like best about the product?

Reliability of the platform, opportunity to stay in touch with clients and employees in a meaningful way. We have integrated a TriCaster TC2 Elite system into our Zoom account for video conferencing and virtual event production.

What do you dislike about the product?

Less about Zoom, more just video conferencing on the whole, being "zoomed out." I really don't have any improvements to share at this time, Zoom has greatly benefited our business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to connect both pre-pandemic and throughout the pandemic has been a vital part of our success. As a creative agency, so much of what we do relies on brainstorming and Zoom has allowed that momentum to continue throughout.

We have tried a lot of the video conferencing software out there over the last 2+yrs and we always come back to Zoom as our preferred tool. We have recommended the platform above all other platforms when asked.

I am solving the issues with person to person interactive meetings due to a global pandemic. The pandemic created so many issues with on site operating of everything and I use it for court ect.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom is very efficient and user friendly to use. Very easy to navigate through different sharing options. Audio,video quality,live chat and privecy features are excellent. Also we can use zoom for free and use anytime when we need to do any conference or meeting. Large audience can attend at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think every features are useful. There is nothing to dislike. In free version of zoom i can suggest to enhance the meeting time as not all can use the paid version.

In our organisations in covid pandemic every meeting of directors are done by zoom app. Till now practice is going on. And also meeting with deferent vendors are also done via zoom apps.

Zoom has been great in training over longer distances. I live over an hour away from the office so have been able to do the majority of my training using zoom. I am also able to use zoom for my personal business as a fitness instructor which allows clients from all over the country

What do you dislike about the product?

Zoom can have some minor glitches at times. It may be the wifi signal but it can be an issue on both sides of the conference. One thing I would like to be added to zoom is having a feature to disable the gallery view for the participants and not the host, allowing the host to only see those with camera on.

I have solved the problem of distance. I am able to communicate to those who are all over with this conference tool. This has allowed fully remote work without skipping a beat.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom is a multi-purpose conferencing application that's viable in many industries and situations that'd require virtual communication. It's easy to use and takes no time to set up, allowing you to start your conferencing almost immediately once the users are available. You can host your meetings as and when you please or schedule them, which opens up more settings for you to configure. You can allow video for only the host or all the participants. You can enable the waiting room, which is incredibly beneficial because there are many instances of people joining meetings without invitation by entering random meeting IDs. The waiting room makes it so that anyone who joins the meeting has to wait for the host to permit them to participate first. This is an excellent security measure that no other conferencing software has added to their client. What makes Zoom viable is that there's no registration required to join, meaning participants can enter a name they wish to display during the meeting and join the session immediately from any medium of their choosing. Zoom is entirely a cloud-based application, so any shared file or image or video recordings of meetings are stored on the cloud that you and the participants from the meeting can view and download from any device that they've logged in. Zoom is scalable and excellent for meetings of any size. For smaller sessions, Zoom can display up to 4 participants in video conferences. But this can be expanded to 25 participants if there are enough participants in the session. You can also raise this to 49 other participants from the settings if you're in a large conference.

As a globally easy-to-integrate application, it draws connections from various other applications that people use daily for collaboration and communication, which can conveniently be embedded on Zoom to convert it into an all-in-one working environment. This tool makes Zoom the most used application in a variety of sectors and areas.

I haven't found any issues with Zoom specifically that'd make me dislike it.

The problem I've been solving with Zoom is worldwide connection and quick conferences. With one click, I'm able to communicate with anyone at any time for as long as I want. Zoom is cross-platform and supports connecting with any device, so you're never at a loss of communication for any reason. Zoom is not only a problem-solver when it comes to conferences but also allows you to collaborate and use other applications in a centralized window through its excellent integrations. You can have Salesforce, Asana, Dropbox, and more applications that you use daily for your work infused in Zoom to have an excellent working platform where you and your team can meet all your needs. Screen sharing on Zoom is a feature that makes it viable and universally beneficial in all sectors. You can view either one screen or multiple screens simultaneously in place of participants' videos when collaborating to multitask and work together better. Zoom also enables presenting, where any participant can start a presentation session. You can add other participants as co-organizers who can also help move the slide and annotate. Any presentation that is shared via Zoom is also available in the shared files for everyone to view after the meeting is complete. While you can record your meetings and also include the entire presentation in them, it's more convenient and also saves space to just view the presentation file afterward.

I recommend Zoom without a second thought because it's been a huge benefit to my team while working. Its features and viability are excellent and you can do any remote work or assigned task with it. You're never at a loss of communication or have to switch between multiple tabs when Zoom can encapsulate every app seamlessly.

I had been using Zoom, and Microsoft Teams as well. As a Trainer, I felt easy to use Zoom.

I didn't find any attendance system while using Zoom. So there must be some roles for webinar presenters and attendees. There must be some easy-to-share documents while the webinar.

I am using the free version. So I do meetings with my clients and give short training to my students. Zoom gave me an opportunity to demonstrate my products to my clients. And train my students for free.

What do you like best about the product?

We are using Zoom in our Company with coworkers on a daily basis, simple I can make the meeting invitation and share it through email, massenger, WhatsApp, etc, or any IM tool and simply start the meeting with a very high-quality voice and video. from the beginning of the COVID pandemic, I rely on the video conferences tool I had used all the tools in the market but Zoom I think is the best.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would recommend Zoom to make a feature for a "KIDS MOOD". my kids starts using Zoom for the school sessions, while the screen is filled with a lot of buttons the kids cant focus a lot on the instructor so I just think if there a kids mode or simple mode with the lowest features and buttons for the kids it would be amazing. but actually nothing I dislike in Zoom.

As I said video conferences and collaboration tools become mandatory since the COVID pandemic starts. So to find a tool that fulfills all my requirements is very difficult.. but I found that in Zoom with simple price plans and powerful features and a famous application which is now installed almost in all phones, desktops, ...

What do you like best about the product?

It's simple interface, anybody can use it. We can meet, record, create quizzes, chat. Perfect set of tools required for virtual meetings and webinars. Zoom is the winner because of its simplicity and reliability the user can adapt very easily. 0 down time of lag

The registration system should have the option of Fee collection (and that too in Indian Rs). The authorisation system where only who have paid the fee should be allowed to participate. The invitation emails sent to participants and the reminders system could have been better .

We are conducting online meetings, webinars. It is very easy and time-saving to setup. We often conduct workshops and tutorials and practical training which we start in an instant. No lag and its efficient audio-video quality makes it feel as if we are talking in real.

Zoom is the future and the way to go. After using it we are totally dependent on zoom and think about how we have been doing it without zoom.

What do you like best about the product?

Remote desk and app control for my client are the best. I work as a technical consultant. Most of the time It`s difficult to describe what is the right solution. Because several staffs is not enough trained on the technical side of the work. So I use remote support as a good option the meeting and virtual seminars.

there are too many details for admin users. New admin users can not fix how they wish to use zoom. Many of my clients use their zoom accounts. They want me to fix as how I use.

I have an individual IT consultancy business company. I support middle and small-size companies. They request me to solve their technical cases. I offered to use admin tools on zoom for more than four companies from my clients. They are happy to use the remote desk option from zoom so that I am focusing on the main case during the consulting my client

Zoom is great, i like the fact that it can connect many people at once and the raise hand feature is just fantastic. Zoom is relatively easy to instal and it's easy to use

What i dislike about Zoom is not a lot it's a pretty balanced tool it's a bit most of the things i disliked have been improved since covid, but they could do better i think on Higher HD video support
