Good Communications Tool
What do you like best about the product?
In my own experience, zoom has been able to give people a platform to engage and meet and also make work easier in the new world of work. my most appreciative feature is that zoom allows for a raise hand prompt which allows for orderliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
My own negative experience with zoom would have to be the login activity, logging in on phones and windows are 2 different experiences as one is more stringent than the other. it would be better if there is a standing process for all devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom in solving the problem of long transit time, and interconnectivity made easy and lean means of learning and with the inception of this, I have preferred remote working and remote learning. here zoom has allowed me to learn at my own pace by accessing lectures from my house's comfort.
Interactive, engaging, convenient, and pleasant
What do you like best about the product?
What's most beneficial about Zoom is that it allows people to meet online with convenience. You can even mute when there's a knock on your door, and you can see whoever you're in a group with too.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of Zoom is that you can get stuck not knowing what to do if the audio isn't coming through. Simply put, a tutorial from Zoom to be available upon installation would easily fix all that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of how to meet up with people for those that had been seeking a way. It's simplifying things too because while Google Meets are nice, Zoom seems to have many features. The design of Zoom is benefitting me because it's orderly, fixed, and catches my attention in a way where the design feels perfect. I don't see it and feel like, "Oh wow, what's all this and how on Earth will I figure out how to make my way around this platform?" It's not confusing to an extent where I'd be lost the entire time. Of course, that doesn't mean it's the same for everyone because there are many factors to consider including old age changing the mind to not be able to do as much as before. Maybe there could be a Zoom Seniors and other apps in the future for older people that could use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to have at least a little experience using online meetings including with video because you may need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I will use zoom application for both official and have used zoom application for personal use also it is one of the beast application to use in the market because there will be no buffering while using the application even when the internet speed is less. It will also provide the recording option where we can record the information part of the vedio and can see it later when it is Required.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we face issues it is a bit difficult to report the issue because zoom provides only paid customer support option. Hence if we face any issues we have to take the paid customer option to report the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom application we can attend the official meetings in the office without any issues. It has been made very easy to use the application in both mobile and the Laptop. If we want add another person we can add him by providing the meeting link to him easily.
There is a reason why the term 'zoom' is part of our everyday language!

What do you dislike about the product?
I use it for personal reasons but working within secure environments zoom is very much frowned upon due to the security concerns surrounding it. Personally I haven't found any issues but the programmers and developers i work with would not use zoom for a secure conversation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multidisciplinary team meetings across sites can join in and use the platform easily and share screens with minimal fuss

What do you like best about the product?
Has high quality video, and very clear audio. It supports desktop and mobile users. Can obtain 100 attendees and can accommodate even larger audiences with Zoom rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is a subscription based service, they have a lot of unnecessary add-ons. Not a lot of comment control, and it tends to have inconsistent cloud based file sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can hold a large meeting without having to schedule several seperate meetings, you can host unlimited meetings, it also has a feature where you can stream your meetings through your social media pages.
Online Meetings Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that this application keeps on updating from time to time and that it matches what its customers need. This is by far the easiest platform to navigate and has a lot of different functionalities! I also liked the idea that I can create my own unique ID and PW and just use it for recurring meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that experience would also be the same in Mobile, though it is not as difficult as it is, it would be better if it also works the same way it works on desktop/laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed that when we initially updated to Windows11, it's affecting the easiness of how it works. As a result, I need to stay at Windows 10 in the meantime for a while in order to keep it running. Though, it seems to be just working fine with the recent update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is truly a one-stop online-based platform that will get you connected in every part of the world no matter where you are. I am so glad to be able to get to know this application for our online meetings right before the pandemic hit. It made us feel connected.
It’s a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to meet with all of my employees, no matter where they are around the globe. When combined with organizational programs, Zoom gives us maximum leverage to be efficient and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
While many of the issues have been addressed over time, Zoom struggles to make a consistent experience across platforms and operating systems. Sometimes the default setting are a bit hard to navigate.

With the ever-changing businesss needs and DNA or organizations, Zoom gives us the ability to meet with and collaborate world-wide. The ease of use and video sharing features allow us to work into be same task together.

User friendly for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ease of use is my favorite aspect of the software. Its initial implementation was quick and we were able to get started with meetings quite immediately. We initially needed a strong platform through which we could have meetings with our partners and contractors living outside of our country or far from our HQ. Zoom filled the bill, through which we could host meetings virtually and connect with people for meetings, long or short. As a sharing platform, it's perfect for our needs, which are primarily screen share and data transfer, which we can perform confidentially among the participants in the room. These were our primary reasons to use Zoom until the pandemic hit, after which our dependence continued to grow while working from home. While it's excellent that we can have meetings as needed, Zoom also permits meetings to be scheduled and sends invitations with the time and other details to any of the participants you wish to invite, either from your contacts or through their email. We can also download the add-on Zoom has for Skype to invite people from Skype to our Zoom meetings, combining sessions from both platforms conveniently.
It's also worth mentioning Zoom is cross-platform for meetings, calls, discussions, file sharing, screen sharing, and more. You can multitask easily on the application window when you're in the middle of a meeting with available tools like sharing any window that's running on your computer that you may want to collaborate or discuss with your colleagues. During meetings or discussions, you can go to the Whiteboards tab to open the whiteboard for making notes, free-hand drawing, and pasting images. The whiteboard works just as well as any image editor, allowing you to copy and paste images from your clipboard, on which you can annotate and make edits. At any point, you can save the whiteboard and it'll be stored on your client. You can share your whiteboard with the participants from the meeting or anyone you have as a contact. You can also receive whiteboards from other users, which Zoom will display in a separate tab for you to categorize them better.

Zoom needs to have a more browser-friendly web application that users can use to access all the features, similar to Skype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd been using Zoom for many years to meet and talk with our partners from the US and the Middle East as well as independent and temporary contractors we hire for niche work. But due to COVID and the global lockdown, traveling anywhere was restricted and we had to resort to working from home, which couldn't have been made possible without Zoom making issues as a result of the distance seem trivial. Setting it up was quick as all that was needed was a quick Google login for users to create accounts, after which we could import contacts from Gmail and Skype to Zoom. We were able to get started with our meetings immediately without any delay or missing any deadlines for projects. Zoom is very lightweight so we're able to leave it on in the background while working and make calls or group meetings as needed whenever we need to discuss ideas and find solutions to any bugs that arise. Communication aside, the collaborative tools help immensely in completing projects and passing information to foreign contractors. Screen sharing helps greatly in sharing information that is confidential and relevant to projects. While Zoom is still getting adopted worldwide, it offers easy means of logging in for users who are new to it via Google, which is very secure and allows one-click joining of meetings even if you're not a prior user. Zoom has more privacy options and the means to ensure utmost security in the meeting rooms, especially due to the new trend of people breaking into meeting rooms without authorization in other applications. You can enable the waiting room if you're the host so that only you can let the participants join the meeting after vetting them. This greatly helps in ensuring there's no data theft and secure discussions of any confidential information, which our organization values greatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For having meetings with people from varying locations, Zoom is excellent and well-organized. Even though it has plans for companies and teams of varying sizes, it's free from the get-go, so you can use it for as long as you want before you figure out what your secondary needs are going to be besides video calling and then upgrade your account from there. But for meetings, file sharing, screen sharing, and whiteboard, you can use Zoom for no cost.
Zoom experience for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
The noise cancelling features are pretty good, it comes really handy when you have regular headsets with pretty basic mic. Also the backgrounds and effects are a plus, it makes meetings really fun and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only disadvantage is from using zoom in older pcs, or rather less powerful ones, specially with some new features as the avatar ones as it may get a bit laggy. Other than that i can't think of anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Practical communication in remote environments at work. Having the ability to use breakout rooms for smaller discussions, while also being able to record important meetings and webinars so knowledge shared can be expanded to the rest of the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The basic plan allows for 40 min meetings when using it with more than 3 individuals, other than that for 1:1 meetings is pretty useful as well.
