What do you like best about the product?
Zoom isn't hard to manage. I don't have any connection issues with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to working with Zoom.

Zoom helps if I am having issues with other aps. I am able to share my screen with my colleagues to solve the problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace simplifies my day with its seamless integration into my workflow. Whether I’m jumping from one meeting to another or just collaborating with teammates, everything feels intuitive. I especially love the filter functions. They add a polished, camera ready feel without much effort or need for make up. Audio clarity is great, even when multiple people are talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be that the app’s home screen sometimes doesn’t reflect the accurate meeting list for the day. It’s minor, but a bit inconvenient when I rely on it to plan my schedule at a glance.

Zoom Workplace helps me stay organized, connected, and efficient in a remote work environment. It solves the common issues of unreliable meeting tools. Things like laggy audio, complicated interfaces, or messy scheduling. With Zoom, I can jump into meetings quickly, collaborate with teammates clearly, and share screens or files without a hitch. Features like background filters and high-quality audio also let me present professionally without needing extra equipment. It saves time, reduces stress, and keeps my workflow smooth whether I’m in back-to-back meetings or just checking in with a client.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes it very easy to manage team collaboration in one place. I use it for scheduling meetings, hosting webinars, and working with shared whiteboards. Everything is organized clearly, and I love how fast the video and audio quality is during calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few seconds extra to sync with my Google Calendar, especially when I'm joining back-to-back meetings. Also, the whiteboard tools could be improved to allow more drawing flexibility on mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see and talk to people face to face like in a real conversation. I can send quick messages to others. I can join or start meetings with many people from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video is blurry or freezes, my face looks weird. People send too many messages, it's distracting. Background noise from others is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of not being able to meet in person.

It helps that it doesn't have confusing tools in order to use it.

I guess it's kinda confusing sometimes when it comes to the mic/camera enabling.

It doesnt require you to have an actual account in order to join a meeting, so anyone of our clients or service providers can join our meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing which I like in this is Workplace because its AI assistant, called AI Companion, helps me get more done. It summarizes meetings and chats and even help me write things like emails or ideas on whiteboards. This saves a lot of time and makes My working easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only things which I don't like is Workplace's strict meeting limits, and how its expanding features can make it feel cluttered.

This solves communication fragmentation by unifying video, chat, phone, whiteboards, and documents into one platform. This benefits me by saving time from switching apps and making me more efficient.

Free plan limitations: need paid plans to even test the product for more than 40 min

zoom help me to attend interviews and online classes at home, the quality of video is very clear and i can also share my screen whenever i have presentations so easily. Overall zoom saves time and done work smoothly.
