The foundation for our switch to virtual during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
From the start, Zoom has been easy to learn and use, and has consistently fit our needs for our day-to-day meetings and programs. Additionally, the troubleshooting resources are great and the team at Zoom is constantly updating the platform to improve on and add features. Zoom also integrates well with several other platforms/resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can use a lot of bandwidth and also can dominate your screen during a program. As someone who needs to monitor programs passively, it can be difficult to do other work without worrying that I'm accidentally going to change something or interrupt the meeting with a misclick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to have a fairly smooth transition into the virtual world when the pandemic hit and has since allowed us to provide top-quality virtual and hybrid programming.
Best e-meet software
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for quite some time now and I have to say it is one of the best online meeting tool I have used. It is simple to operate, simple dashboard and instructions let you schedule your meeting within seconds! It has a lot of integrations but I particularly use it with Calendly & Gmail Calender to keep things simple.
I haven't faced any issues ever and it works on my computer and my smartphone as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I think the tool could be made more user friendly. Like for instance, you can find a tone of settings which is a good thing but it can confuse people on what they should & shouldn't select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think zoom is trying to make more of free meeting time available to those people who haven't yet purchased a paid subscription of this product. I think currently it is up to 45 minutes of free meeting available to people with free account.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use within minutes of installation. Zoom has a logical and very clear interface which allows users to become familiar with requisite functionality as they start to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind to be honest. It's just so well thought out that I have nothing to complain about or to suggest changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently work from home and need to liaise with colleagues around the world and so Zoom is the perfect tool to allow me to do this effectively.
Simple solution to meet exact requirement
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily install the software without any guidelines, even the user can handle this installation. after creating the account user can easily arrange meetings and can do the configurations according. In the Organizational environment, administrators can manage the user accounts and have different methods to control end users' permission. By doing that administrators can manage the accounts according to the company IT Policies and guidelines. the other feature I'm interested in is the background for your video. WFH (Work From Home) this feature enables to hide disturbing backgrounds and can manage them professionally. Because when you switch on your video the background will reveal your place. This is sort of a privacy issue and can manage with background images. And the other thing is the cloud recording option which enables to record it in the zoom cloud for future usage, especially doing training sessions. Breakout rooms are very used full in special marketing or lecturing sessions. this enables to divide the audience into several groups and the host can do sessions individually for these groups. zoom isn't a bulky application compared to the other applications in the market, Another fascinating thing is, that we can attend a meeting without registration by using the Meeting ID and the passcode. From the meeting host person can admit, reject or move to Waiting Room at any time. If your company does not like MS teams but use office365 as the base application, Administrators can easily add zoom to default meeting via the office365 admin center and need to install the zoom plugin via the windows store. This feature allows any user to connect with meetings without a limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly there isn't any video resolution adjuster. we have only a few options to select (HD or not). most of the time users are using different types of cameras in different types of resolutions. In Asian countries like us, we have limited bandwidths of connections and sometimes signals are weaker in some areas. Due to that meetings cannot perform successfully. If there is an option to select different types of resolutions so we can easily manage them. The screen sharing option is good but sometimes when presenting large excel sheets, users may complain that it's not showing clearly and lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office365 user accounts are only given to the management teams, in critical situations like social distancing and fuel crisis, using The Zoom application, we can arrange meetings with other nonoffice365 users. This is the huge advantage we are taking from this. other than that, for some meetings we have to connect more than 100 users such things like system and process training. zoom is a good application for this kind of purpose. because we cannot limit the participants due to social and environmental situations in the country. once you recorded the video can shared with any person you like with an invitation.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is how seamless its usage is. It takes no more than a few seconds to start a meeting or join one hosted by someone else. If there's no urgency for the meeting to run immediately, Zoom gives you the option to plan and schedule your meeting. You can invite people using the URL that Zoom presents you with or click on the Add Participants option to easily add anyone you have to your Zoom contacts list. If the participant accepts the invitation to the meeting, they'll automatically be added to the meeting room, where you can partake in discussions with them. The meeting room facilitates many features such as file transfer, screen-sharing, recording audio and video messages, sharing images, group work, whiteboard, and presentations. These features are available during meetings and non-meeting times.
You can send files of any type to people on Zoom by dragging and dropping them in the chat. Screen-sharing on Zoom is an effective way to share work screens and promote group work among your team when there are projects at hand that require a collaborative effort. You share any window or app from your screen and hide any other sensitive information that you don't want being broadcasted. I'm happy with Zoom and haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues and I are working from home because of the pandemic and Zoom has helped us close the gap between communication issues and delayed work completions. We're able to stay connected and work together at all times since we can start Zoom meetings at any time. Even outside of our scheduled meetings, we can make quick voice calls with anyone to find solutions to queries. The communication features on Zoom are excellent, but what makes it the ideal software for us to work with is that it allows file transfer. We can share files by dragging and dropping them on the chat, after which anyone present in the room can voluntarily choose to download the files. While the distance prevents us from walking over to another person's cubicle to look at their computer, we're able to accomplish the same quite conveniently with screen-sharing. These are how Zoom has been helpful to us in our day-to-day work.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the best user experience out of any of the video conference apps. I have used Microsoft teams and skype in my last role and I believe Zoom is much better. I like how you can conduct polls, pull people into breakout rooms, and customize any background you want in Zoom. I also don't experience many bugs/issues with using the platform. Everyone on our team/company loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about the product. Sometimes the zoom freezes but that's due to internet connectivity issues. The platform is pretty straightforward and easy to use so I never experience any issues. I use it mostly for meeting with clients/prospects.

Given the times nowadays, everyone is working remotely so Zoom is critical to get the company coordinated and everyone able to work with each other. It's essential to our business so everyone can get work done remotely.

We have been using zoom since the first wave of Covid 19 and the lockdown in the country. The toll has helped us conduct classes, conduct meetings and collaborate with clients/other stakeholders. The audio/video quality is finest and unparalleled to any software before this
What do you dislike about the product?
With competitors in the markets, like Microsoft meet, Audio/video quality has significant over these platforms and Zoom does not match the requirements. Other concerns around Security and integration with other tools is also there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us collaborate internally amongst teams. We have been operating from home for a long time and zoom has played a significant role in that. We have been able to reduce costs and also hire better talent across the country.
It’s just the easiest platform for connecting to clients, period!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share your screen. This feature makes it easy to give clients the understanding of your product in a very comfortable and clear manor. Definitely a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the cost for the pro account is above what I feel is a fair value. If there was an open api for a cheaper price it would be easier to justify the costs without a doubt.

It makes it easier to connect with clients and friends at a distance. There is definitely a benifit to being able to have a conversation from a far with the ease of zoom.
