Zoom Experience in Day to day corporate life
What do you like best about the product?
Connectivity maintain very smoothly and main thing is easy to operate and multi screen share can be possible. Also flexibility while using on mobile and PC. comfortable interface and clarity of session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when we are on screen share you might face control issue..but that is might be depends on the netwoek level but zoom need to work on issues or crams facing while sharing screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some sort of issues facing after screen share it is might not be an issue but still there is chance of smoothness. MS teams can be operated better in that case.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to login and user friendly. Everyone can share their data and screen with everyone present in the meeting.

Video quality during meeting can be improved. Permission system can be changed to enter in the meeting.

Zoom is helping in bringing all employees together without coming to office physically. It is benifitting me in working from anywhere.

Only 40 minutes time limit. Zoom should work over it and make enterprise version payable but personal use should be free

Whenever i had meeting with clients i needed to look for anydesk or teamviewer which always run in background and eats a lot of ram. Now with zoom i can quit only after my meetings

There is nothing about to dislike about the zoom service because it is most used application for video conferencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till now i am not getting any issue while using zoom if there is any issue happened the support team resolve quickly.

It has an option to export chat during the meeting, but usually, meeting chat won't be preserved.

it is connecting people and with pro version they unlimited time feature as well, which is more helpful when you and your colleagues wanted to work together

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is the simplicity to create, join, and manage meetings. We use zoom for our morning sales meeting and throughout the day to share screens for cross-team functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom is when loading the meeting invite information into Google Calendar, sometimes individuals will have too many options to either "call-in" or start the zoom video.

Zoom provides a way for people working from home and people in the office to communicate across a video channel so we can share screens. This is super helpful in our hybrid work model.
Good software but a basic plan is required for those who teach small groups
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom by its friendly interface. Very easy to use, I often have to use the share screen feature, and I have tried many software but only with zoom everything is smooth, the image is clear. My students can see the shared screen in full screen easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I have no complaints about the quality, it's just that the price segment is not reasonable, Zoom does not have a reasonable price plan for teachers who only teach one student.

Zoom is a very good teaching software, simple interface, easy to use, no need to install much. Clear sound quality, smooth picture. I often teach children, so it is very important that the software is easy to use

There are excellent features in the chat section, where we can send messages to a particular person without disturbing others present in a meeting. Further, the use of emojis in the platform helps us to convey our feelings in an instant. The option of pinning a participant also helps during large meetings, which helps to follow the contents shared by them in the meeting, for example. the teachers in a class. This is particularly useful since the viewing panel changes depending on the active speaker in the meeting. The screen sharing is also quite efficient, with no reduction in picture quality.

The sent messages cannot be deleted, particularly when they are sent by mistake. This causes inconvenience to all the other participants present in the meeting.

Zoom is particularly useful in interacting with different persons in the online mode, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic times when social distancing becomes a particular liability. It is useful in sharing our ideas with anybody from the comfort of our home. In these times, this platform mitigates the problems faced in the absence of in-person communication to a great extent.

Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and has a very simple user interface. All the functionalities like virtual backgrounds, screen sharing, etc. work very smoothly and there is very little disturbance. Zoom offers a seamless integration with existing office tools, enhancing real-time collaboration with its intuitive interface. Its robust features support frequent use and ensure easy implementation across teams, fostering a connected and productive work environment, even remotely. Also, customer support is fast to respond at all times.

There is a limit on the number of participants in both - the free as well as the paid version of the application. While it supports several features and low connectivity, it sometimes faces issues and the video lags or faces disturbances.

Having the opportunity to hold conversations with our coworkers and invited individuals is terrific, and utilizing it for webinars has been fantastic. The greatest thing about Zoom is that they provide capabilities at reasonable costs. The UI is simple to grasp, and using the tools has become second nature. Another key feature that I appreciated was the ability to join meetings as a guest without signing in to your accounts, whilst the finest software for basic purposes is available.
Overall, in my previous work, I utilized Microsoft Teams and Skype, and I feel Zoom is far superior. In Zoom, I enjoy how you can run surveys, call people into breakout rooms, and change the background to anything you want. I also don't have many glitches or troubles when utilizing the platform. The least I like about Zoom is that you have to re-enter the conference if you have an issue when screen sharing, which used to cure the problem but is now really aggravating. The rest of the process went smoothly, however they cannot guarantee the video quality they provide when the number of customers increases.
