Zoom:best conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best conferencing app that I have ever use. It is user friendly, easy to install and can help people of any background to connect virtually. Competitors charge some amount of fees to use them like skype. But this has free version which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the server goes down of the zoom app. Backend team should be proactive in this area.
And when connected with bluetooth audio devices the quality of acudio degrades.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to connect with people, who are geographical apart from us, virtually. This app helps students/businesses to conduct meeting and connect virtually.

The quality of the application is very good. The voice and video quality of the application is up to the mark.

The app is a bit on the bulkier side as it offers various features so it requires good internet speed in order to work properly.
A Lite version of the app can be introduced to crack this problem.

Zoom offers audio and video call facility where we can have a group discussion.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using zoom this year for my online classes and it helps me a lot. Zoom has amazing features of screen sharing, and screen recording and gives you perfect video quality with a good voice.Zoom is user-friendly, you can conduct your meetings from anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is You can't control and delete unwanted comments on your live meetings, they should improve their live streaming audience unwanted commenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer Zoom helps me to arrange meetings online with my overseas clients. Zoom is the best choice for business meetings because you can also record your meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is being used as our primary audio/video conferencing service at XPO.
Zoom is lightweight and loads up really fast. Zoom also integrates well with Google Calendar so we never miss a meeting. Switching from Skype we are happy with zoom's features as well as it's security so that end to end encryption is maintained.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some more host related controls that zoom lacks in. Also, zoom is a bit pricey as compared to its competitors like Skype,MS teams etc. Zoom should also provide multiple plans based on the requirements instead of pro plan and standard plan

What do you like best about the product?
There are many supporting menus that I and other users find quite helpful, such as a presentation board that allows us to clearly show visuals to the other participants in an online meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any dislikes or incompatibilities with this product; there are many things that help, so I have not been able to see any drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom can cut the costs that we should spend on travel or transportation to gather at the same meeting point, but with Zoom Meet, all of that can be resolved.

Zoom is very stable and performant, great video quality as well as screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom allows administrators to disable features within Zoom that make it a less than ideal tool for end users. If things weren't so disabled within chat, it could be a single tool for communication for workplaces.

Zoom helps our company work together when remote, communicate better, and be collaborative.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can connect with colleagues from all over the world with a few clicks. I also use it for personal stuff like connecting with relatives who live very far away.

I don't think there anything to dislike, it's an amazing product and the phone app is perfect, works super smooth.

Team gatherings are possible through zoom and allows our work colleagues to have the required human touch through the screen, it also helps for better understanding of complex topics.

Sometimes we face disconnection problem while we are in meeting. It can be fixed.

It's an amazing software product that helps people to connect and speak with each other so easily.
Zoom UI interface is user-friendly and easy to use. also if the internet connection is bad the product will be stable. It can be used on mobile or desktop both.

Notification for activation comes frequently which feels disturbed sometimes.
It does not provide free meetings need to get a premium membership for it.

It is very useful for meetings and during training, it gives a share screen option which is a very nice feature of the zoom.
