Zoom facilitates easy communication
What do you like best about the product?
Improved communication, easy collaboration and seamless video conferencing and phone features

There are no downsides so far for me. I have Ben using Zoom as an essential communication tool

Offers flexibility and allows me to work from anywhere

Nothing really. its a great tool for meetings. I use it for business and personal meetings and calls.

Zoom workplace is the best platform to have meeting with colleauges inside and outside the orginazation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I would like to add more AI features to the Zoom workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
To me, Zoom Workplace is the best video meeting/conference app.
There are a lot of them right now, but all the other lack certain features that are important to me.
I use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Workplace daily. Most of them have similar features but Zoom is the only one that can (out of the box) share any sound on your computer and also give the people in the meeting remote control similar to TeamViewer, for example.
I think it is also pretty light on your system's resources while maintaining great video and audio quality.

What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about Zoom Workplace is its paywall. For about a year or so now, if you have a free account, you cannot hold a meeting longer than 40 minutes. Even 1-on-1 meetings have this silly limitation. And when you get disconnected, you have to wait for 10 minutes to start a new meeting.
Before, you could have unlimited 1-on-1 calls, but group calls were limited to 40 minutes. They should've kept it this way, I think more people would use Zoom if that were the case.
I mean, I pay the subscription, so it doesn't affect me, but it's just my two cents, I think it would be better for everybody...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach people via Zoom Workplace and it's a big time saver for me and my students. It's very important to be flexible and remote in this day and age. We don't have to be physically present for classes, we just need a computer or a phone even, and an internet connection, and we're good to go.

I like that we can easily see the duration and attendees of a call without having to pull large reports. It's easy to track activity.

Configuring which features we want can be confusing sometimes (e.g. having to turn on/off automatic recording from the universal/admin level to then be able to toggle it on the individual user level)

Zoom allows us to offer concurrent calls for partners and utilize the real-time call details (duration, attendees) to provide accurate reports and billing.
