Zoom is an integral communication tool for our small agency
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom just works, and it works consistently. I've used every online communication / meeting tool that's mainstream, from Teams to Google Meet, and Zoom is the one that works most consistently and reliably. Its desktop app is lightweight and doesn't get in my way. I've intentionally made the choice to disable Google Meet from our company's Google Workspace account and only use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no concerns or issues with Zoom. It works well, and we don't need anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I spend a large part of each week in meetings internally and with clients. Zoom makes it incredibly easy to host these meetings, include video, or share your screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is available anytime I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little time to get it started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can meet where ever we are. We have members in other countries so it allows us to be together. We can collaborate on ideas in real time. We meet with clients to review contracts remotely.
ZOOM, THE GIFT I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED
What do you like best about the product?
In March of 2020, I had no idea how much I would use Zoom in the next two years. What I liked best was the ease and functionality of Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting Zoom Bombed in March of 2020, but the team has gone above and beyond to modify its security measurees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved how I connected with students and it kept my educational company afloat when everything I had booked in person went the way of the dinosaur in 2020.
Awesome Teleconferencing Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom for working at home, teleconferencing, and otherwise cutting out a lot of travel time between meetings. It's save my company time and money and is super convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio/visual issues show their ugly face as with any software. But these are few and far between. I don't really have any other negatives with the current Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of everyone being in the same room to have a meeting. It truly is flattening the entire world and allowing us to have conversations with people all over the world like they're in the room with us.
It does what is expected, and that's a lot
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it works is its best feature. I usually have a reliable connection and can meet with my clients with peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they made one-on-one meetings between non paying users limited to 40 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my team to meet virtually, meet with clients, and continue WFH.
Zoom is an excellent business tool for connecting with colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to interact as a team even when we do not meet in person. I like being able to screen share, this is an excellent tool. It is nice being able to connect everyone together for meetings or discussions when we can't meet in person due to illness or scheduling conflicts. I like being able to have people in the waiting room and let them into the meeting when needed. I also like being able to stop my video if I need to get up and do something during the meeting. I also like being able to private chat with just one person instead of everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
No closed captioning, would really like to see this feature. Sometimes I cannot move the display when screen sharing, which can be annoying. I also don't like it when people can unmute themselves when I mute them. Sometimes there is a need to keep people muted and not let them turn their audio on again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve not being able to meet in person. It allows us to hold meetings at any time and accommodate people's schedules. Zoom is so much better than conference calling via telephone. It is nice being able to see and connect with people. During COVID our organization used Zoom to connect a lot of human service agencies. Without Zoom there were many many people that would not have received help or resources without the ability to connect with these organizations. It is also helping us hold meetings that otherwise we would not be able to.

What do you like best about the product?
Myself and our company use Zoom for all meetings and in-services. I like that you can integrate it with Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have any reasons to dislike Zoom. Maybe that I wish the tutorial on how to use it was a little more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Directors that live more than an hour away from our HQ and it's great for meetings where we can get the whole staff together or for any in-services. It saves everyone the hassle of traveling.
Easy tool to connect virtually
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom because it's easy to use and others don't need an account to join our calls. I also love how easy the chat, share screen, and other features are to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time to get logged in, and if you use Zoom from both a personal and a business account, switching between the two accounts can be time consuming, especially if you have back to back meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to make sure everyone can connect virtually, which allows for more potential collaborations across and within organizations. We've been able to connect with people from all over the world with Zoom.
Best Quality Video Calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use and I love the camera filters so you can look your best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the program may be a bit heavy for cheaper computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biz went from being in person to now being and staying 100% remote! I am happier than ever to do my work from home and my clients are happy too!
Easy to use

Super easy use for people to use on phones and for people with no technology experience

Meeting time length cut off when we have to restart meetings

It is allowing our partners one on one FaceTime with clients even when they aren't physically able to be in office
