Zoom has enabled me to gain new knowledge quicker and its a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love hosting meetings with my fellow trading partners. Its easy to share screens and annotate throughout the learning journey
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good over here. I have no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves commuting to see my partners and we can just use it at home or where possible to gain knowledge of how to trade.
RELIABLE
What do you like best about the product?
I love this product and service. Ever since COVID I've had to take all my interviews and record them live and this is the best way I've seen to accomplish that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't think I have any dislikes for this product. It's been super easy to learn from and grow with and I appreciate it all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face-to-face meetings, especially at a time like COVID, has been impossible. This literally has been a lifesaver for me and my business as I've grown and taken on new jobs.
It's reliable and convenient. I hardly ever have problems with Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily i can set up Zoom calls and share the invitation. I like that I can record a video for any reason and upload it conveniently. I also like that I can record audio. With interviews, I can save 2 separate recordings for editing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes a problem to get a good WIFI connection. It's no fun to have video glitches or background noise/feedback. But, I think that's the nature of using online video and depending on WIfi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I record my podcast in video and audio; sometimes these are interviews with people in other states or countries. I can meet with clients all over the world and hold group coaching sessions. I meet people and network through Zoom. It's great!
No more missed opportunities!
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to use them as part of my job, to visit with family members and other states. It also allows me to multitask without leaving my location! How much better can it be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful things about Zoom is that there are sometimes bugs, it gets Frozen when I plug in too many accessories but other than that I'm able to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally Zoom is solving the problem of continuing to meet with my congregation is a pastor. On a regular basis without feeling as if we're losing that connection. It also allows me to be in contact more with my family that lives in different states.
Business Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and efficient to use. I wasn't very tech savvy before zoom and now my meetings are easy and I can hold my staff accountable. I'm a visual person so the asthetics for Zoom are my style.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point could be better. As a small business there's so many fees for so many platforms and it becomes overwhelming at times. Would be nice to discount small businesses or give us credits periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving not having viable meeting spaces or an office I currently can't afford as a small business owner. A lot of my work is visual so I can screen share and talk with my staff while viewing.
Zoom makes audio recording a dream
What do you like best about the product?
The audio quality of the file that Zoom records are studio quality. It makes recording our radio interviews a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides to using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to interview guests from all over the world. This allows our non-profit station the ability to compete with the commercial stations.
Zoom In an It Environment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy zoom is to use, the other person doesn't need to download the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sound and video quality issues are harder to resolve

The ability to show and be shown solutions to problems and be able to meet with companies around the world
My go to office aid
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use! I use it just about every day for calls or meetings for my teams. I'm loving the new whiteboard feature. It really helps us to collaborate when we are in working sessions. I also enjoy the fact that most people have Zoom so it's easier to connect and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom doesn't communicate from the web to the app on my phone if I am scheduling meetings. I've had to find a workaround to get it to cooperate at times, but it's nothing that would detour me from using the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients and my teams. It solves the problem of me being in an office space, because I work with so many teams and clients, I'm able to connect without having to travel a lot. It also is great for when I do have to travel for a client, I'm able to connect to calls from my phone with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that when you the membership you do not have a time limit. I also love all the additional features it contains to help with leading a virtual meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos/recordings if you save them your computer, can take up a lot of space. The cloud is an option but at times security is a concern with that and who may access those files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to meet virtually with anyone around the worlds as long as that person has access to Wifi. It allows us to use it in all areas of our lives, from personal to business.
zoom works great for all of my business needs!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and difference meeting types I can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have zero complaints! It has worked seamlessly for everything I need. The only issues I have ever had are due to the internet connection not zoon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with my clients. Zoom was a life saver during the pandemic and continually allows me to grow my business globally.
