Perfect tool for online classes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy set up of recurring scheduled meetings/classes. Easy to navigate and love the share tab to post photos of the workout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find I have to sign in all the time. For some reason it logs me out daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to service my members both locally and those that are traveling or have moved. They no longer have to stop working out.
Great for Connecting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and simple for all. All ages can use. I schedule and send links to clients and rarely have any issues. The direct link is great but the option to manually enter code is a great addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much to dislike. The biggest issue is connectivity issues or audio/video issues. These issues are not necessarily ue to Zoom though. It is usually computer or compatibility problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for connectiong to coworkers that are in different offices or working from home. My boss lives in a different city and we constantly use Zoom to connect.
Easy to use, great features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use - both for the account holder and attendees that are invited. The additional feature of being able to record meetings is great for going back to reference important meeting highlights or to utilize for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the free version of Zoom there is a limit to the meeting length, which was the only real hindrance we had with the system. Upgrading to the paid version was affordable and gave us access to longer meeting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our remote workers to communicate easily with on-site staff, train new employees, and we utilize the program for interview purposes as well. This is a big time saver in the recruitment process.
Quick & easy start up
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is that it is easy to set up a meeting for anyone to join. A Zoom account is not required for a person to attend/join a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the meeting is not set up for anyone with the link to join, it can cause a few problems for participants and the meeting is missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security of meetings was initially an issue, especially at the start of COVID everyone was forced to go virtual and there were Zoom crashers worldwide. Zoom has put out numerous updates to safeguard the security and privacy of account holders as well as the participants in the virtual world.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use coupled with high-quality video and audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have wanted to use a custom zoom watermark as an individual user and cannot find a way to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed collaboration while keeping everyone safe in their own space. It eliminates the boundaries of time and space for meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy ability to reach more people nationwide and globally. Easy connection from any where in the world and easy to use functions with easy click and join function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to many things I personally dislike about zoom. Probably one feature I wish was added would be the ability to do live Facebook commenting when streaming a zoom interview live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is people so traveling from city to city can be exhausting. Zoom has made it easier and more efficient to reach more people in a faster time frame and o can easily book more appointments with zoom.
Zoom is reliable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with the Google Suite, having the Zoom links automatically add themselves to meetings make it very seamless for on-site and remote employees to all join with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will occasionally log out of my account, so when I click a Zoom link I'm logged into the meeting as a "guest". It's not a big issue, but it is annoying when as the "host" I need to remove myself from the meeting and reenter after logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very seamless for our on-site and remote employees to meet without any hiccups. Also, onboarding new employees takes no time at all, as the system is so easy to use.
Meets all of my needs for podcasting and online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can have both the audio file and a video file of a recording. Plus, with the nature of my podcast recording, I am not close to almost any of my guests. That doesn't matter with zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall is the uncontrollable fact that the other person's internet connection can impact the quality of the recording/audio. Otherwise, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you can't meet in person, due to distance, the virus or any other inconvenience, zoom is the best way to communicate with people you might not have been able to otherwise.
Zoom saved my Private Practice during the Covid Lockdown
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to schedule an appointment with a client, email them the link and the platform works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally either my client or I freeze up and we have had to switch to a phone session. I blame this on my client's bad reception, not Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though the Covid lockdown is over and I am seeing clients in person again, many of my clients have decided to continue using Zoom as it's more convenient. With other clients, we do both in person and Zoom depending on what works best that week. Also, I can take working vacations and still see clients!
Excellent and much needed.
What do you like best about the product?
This bridged a huge gap when connecting with current and potential clients during and post COVID lockdown. This was also fairly easy for clients to operate even if they were not technology savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not really come across downsides to using zoom. Maybe initially that people were hacking into meetings, but putting passcodes resolved this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic lockdown, I was able to continue business as usual due to my ability to continue to meet with them virtually in addition to meeting new referrals.
