Early Fan of Zoom During Covid - Still There Now
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Zoom early because of its ease of use, and the technology keeps getting better. Zoom has been an essential resource to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find something I dislike about Zoom, which is why I chose it over other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid, we needed to find a way to communicate with our clients and colleagues in a way that was easy, efficient and without hassle. Zoom was the option that accomplished all of that, and kept us up-and-running without a hitch. Today, it's equally as important, and remains our top tool for staying connected with people.
Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use, both as an administrator and for the participants. I like being able to share my screen, allow another person to share their screen, and record the Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I don't like. Having used other platforms, Zoom is by far the best for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with both business associates and family across the country and around the world.
Great communication facility
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Much more stable and flexible than Skype. Nowhere near as data hungry as Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything to dislike, although the 40 minutes limitation on calls with more than two people is a bit irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves having to get all participants in a meeting who want to see each other as well as talk to each other and share documents having to be in the same place

Upgrading issues that some less computer savvy folks experience preclude them from signing in easily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the height of the pandemic, Zoom enabled us to connect with our members and provide them with quality programming and interaction with one another. Post pandemic, we continue to provide hybrid classes - something we did not have before (it was all in person).
Better Inclusiveness for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Because of Zoom, we are able to incorporate more of our Board of Directors with the virtual options for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing about Zoom we dislike. Sometimes there are connectivity issues but that is because of our internet as well.

Small Credit Union, Big Reach with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allowed us to easily connect with our members and SEG groups during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a small credit union that does educational outreach to members and SEG groups, and in-person events were not an option for us in 2020. Zoom allowed us to reach our audience and stay connected with them ever since. Even as more things open back up in-person, we rely on Zoom as a way to reach our members on their time instead of having them come to a physical location. It's helped us broaden our audience as well as our financial education topics. We have even held our Annual Meeting through Zoom since 2020 and it's allowed more members to join us at their convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Zoom. It is user-friendly for operators, panelists, and participants. If I had to get nit-picky, I would say some of the Host functionality doesn't always work as expected (such as the ability to control the background of all panelists in a webinar).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved how we reach our members on their time instead of ours. As a small Credit Union, we're only open 5 days a week from 9-5. Our members work and have lives and families. Zoom helps us deliver financial education to them at a time convenient for them to listen in and ask questions instead of having to physically be present.
Love being in the Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has slowed me to meet with clients, teach and coach and visit with friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
People are tired of looking at screens, but zoom makes it easy to meet and breakout in small groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commuting is easy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only have to have battery power or wall power and a place for my computer. I love the convenience of it.
Best for Business
What do you like best about the product?
No latency, very important especially for my business this is very critical. I like the quality and no get problems at all when doing meetings or host webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually do not dislike anything about zoom, one thing id say is everytime i make a meeting i have to disavle waiting room i would like if there was an automation to that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving latency problems which is very critical for my business, i used to do youtube live but latency was really bad and this is most important thing to me for my business.
Easy and Simple To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for everyone to use and understand. Regardless of age or computer skills, everyone that we have used Zoom with has been able to easily understand what to do with the program and jump right in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish could stay signed in on multiple device. Because my work requires me to be "on the go" a lot of the time, I am using many different devices. I always have to log in on the device I am using since it is usually different from the last device I was using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the connection issue problem we see with other programs. With other programs, if someone in a meeting has poor internet we all can visually see the problem and it slows down the call or meeting.
From meetings to podcasting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility. When having a meeting, being able to switch to what works best. When podcasting, I like that there's an option to separate the audio channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much at this point. Any issues I've had have been more on how the Mac OS interacts with the app. That there are times when you have to relaunch the app in order to get a function to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it quite a bit for podcasting. Before I would have to be in a location to record an episode. Now I can record with folks from all over the world.
