I've never experienced a dropped call and it's easy to create customized meeting rooms quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling and connectivity to my google calendar, which makes it even easier to invite others to my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes other people are not using the same calendar services, which makes it harder to send out invites -- but that's only a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who works from home, it solves communication. It's easy to set up a meeting and start chatting with coworkers and clients ASAP!

What do you like best about the product?
The break-out rooms and recording features. The waiting room is helpful also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now. Maybe support sometimes. Support takes some time, and it would be better to have a chat function to get a representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual services and programs. we never had that capability until now!

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to reach new and current donors on a more personal level. And we are able to work more collaboratively as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a nonprofit discount and it is a bit expensive for our budget. We also have some challenges using some of the features and could use a more comprehensive training portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our training challenges during rises in COVID cases so that our team can stay safe but connected and well trained in their roles. And it is keeping us connected to our donor community but allowing us to travel less keeping costs down and COVID exposure to a minimum.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I would like a whiteboard that offered different backgrounds (ie. lined paper, graph paper, etc).
- I think it's difficult to make detailed changes to my account because I have to log in to the web-based version of Zoom to do this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to operate online classes, which is 100% of my business. As a student in an education program, Zoom provides me with the tools I need to earn an income while also studying at school. Without Zoom, I wouldn't have a business, and I wouldn't have an income.
Most Features and Least Headaches
What do you like best about the product?
The annotation and interaction tools of Zoom make the platform the best for online training and speaking. Less hassle showing my slides compared to other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It pretty much has everything that l need. Maybe better green screen and anti blemish filters

It's solving my need to have interactive webinars for my students. As a learning business our clients instinctively know how to use zoom so it's a great help for promoting our products

I love to be able to screenshare to help my students see what I'm working on and follow along

I am not a big fan of the feature that doesn't allow screenshare from the host and participants. It would be easier for me to see all the screens as well as the student follow along with my screen. I wish this was changed

Easier learning options for my students. I use to pre record or have to schedule one on one classes. I love the accessibility of teaching via zoom. Also I love that the links can be recurring and don't have to keep creating a new link

The overall experience of using Zoom for me Has been filtered through my experience hosting Toastmasters meetings and education sessions as a zoom master.
The platform is versatile and powerful, and for an experienced user can be incredibly useful for sharing and recording inspirational and useful information.
Compared to all other platforms at this time that I have used, this is the one I prefer, for business, and pleasure.

Connecting with large groups of people, and small groups of people from a large distance.
I'm Able to connect with people from all over the world in a face to face meeting in a way that would never have been imaginable or useful before.

Zoom is an effective tool for video conferencing and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
The video quality on zoom is excellent. It allows easy screen sharing. I also like that you can record your sessions for later reference. I have used Google Meet, but I didn't find it as easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside (and it's small) is that having my own zoom account costs me money each month.

Zoom allows me to meet with clients no matter where they are located. It also allowed me to stay connected with clients during the pandemic.

Adjust the quality of image, lighting, change background easily. Can access on swati and mobile device. Great video quality. Love screen share

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to remotely reach clients from comfort of my home or while on vacation. Has completely transformed how I consult with patients. Now I only go into office 2x a month!!!
Excellent solution for attorneys and mediators
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that makes Zoom stand out from its competitors is the availability and ease of use of the breakout rooms. As a trial lawyer, I appreciate using Zoom for depositions and court hearings to increase efficiency and reduce travel time. But my favorite use is for mediation, where the Zoom Rooms feature mimics how we would structure the conference if we were in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint about Zoom is the distractions that can be caused by poot connections. I have noticed this the most when participants are overseas, or occasionally when using a mobile device while actually in motion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made my practice tremendously more efficient. I work primarily on contingency fees and rarely on hourly charges, so it is in my best interest to minimize time and expense for any given activity. Zoom saves me hundred of hours per year in travel time and significant overhead costs for travel.
