Great for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud recording is my favorite feature. Zoom is easy to use and intuitive. Presenter mode with the mouse highlighter is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, I would like more cloud storage on the standard priced account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to run my business remotely, doing things I used to only be able to do in person. It also allows me to share the recordings with people, adding additional value to my sessions.

I save a lot of gas going to the office and my clients can talk to me from the comfort of their home and it's cost effective

Sometimes connection is an issues , jumping from schedule a zoom and joining a zoom . Sometimes I have to join my own meeting when I scheduled a meeting

It's solves issue when the weather is too hot and we can jump on zoom

Zoom has made my local, regional, national, & international advocacy effects and impact aggregation possible with interfacing with grass root to high level policy professionals.

My downsize is I wish I could have virtual jewelry options for diverse attires!

Zoom has kept crisis, climate and Covid advocates connected with current data worldwide through screen sharing features

Zoom is so flexible that we use it for a wide variety of activities! From virtual dances to board meetings, Zoom enables us to bring people together regardless of where they are.

Nothing bad to say about Zoom. It far exceeds Microsoft and Skype!

Zoom allows us to conduct business via board meetings, committee meetings, focus groups, and task forces.

Zoom is so easy to use on any platform. We have users who login via their smart phones, tablets, or computers.

Sometimes managing users can be difficult, such as muting or renaming.

We're able to meet together when it's been difficult for some to be able to attend.

I often have trouble with audio when sharing a screen. Sometimes my colleagues have trouble logging into my personal meeting space.

Zoom allows my team and policy volunteers to connect even when not working in the same space.
Excellent video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom to work with the public, and it's easy to share a link and get people on a call even if they aren't great with computers. I feel like this is easier with Zoom than other software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more security settings out of the box. We had a program get zoom bombed, and to truly fix the issue, we needed to upgrade to the webinar setting. That's expensive for a public entity.

It connects us with our patrons who aren't able to get into our building.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed me to finish my Masters degree and continue seeing clients at my job site through COVID. It has many features (chat, breakout room, passwords, safety features) that have allowed to keep meetings safe as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is when sharing the screen, it is hard to look at the chat/participants without making it obvious to the entire group. It would be nice to have a separate screen (if we chose to have it) to have that chat open without causing a disturbance.

I am able to continue seeing clients, meet with our work team, and meet with national team members as well.

The sound share is a tool I use all the time and it works great. I don't normally experience any issues in screen and sound sharing.

Membership can be a bit pricey, but at the end of the day it is worth it if you use it on a daily basis.
I would suggest discount for paying members after one year or so.

Group tutoring sessions works great, I am tutoring mainly online groups now and it has solved many logistic problem like showing videos, audios and my screen in general.

What do you like best about the product?
Features such as chat, reactions, whiteboard, breakout rooms, share screen, gallery view of participants, number of participants visible, ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with an upgrade features change or disappear and there isn't always an easy fix. For example, when I forward a powerpoint slide (I use 2 screens) I lose the view of my participants. I have reached out for a solution with no luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added the 'call me' feature for participants logging in. I wish it weren't quite so costly though.
