What do you like best about the product?
It was very reliable and dependable throughout the pandemic. We were able to hold work, congregation, and professional organization meetings without problems. The administration of the platform was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to mute/unmute participants at will was removed from the product. This was a key feature we were using during meetings for older participants. It would be beneficial if this feature were available again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us keep our activities going during the pandemic when we couldn't meet together face to face. It also allows remote employees to be part of conversations in other parts of the world.

Fantastic experience with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has an incredibly clear and easy to navigate user interface. Consistently strong servers mean that we seldomly ever have issues with hosting small and large scale meetings. Also, the Zoom customer service and trouble shooting options are very clear and useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion Zoom has some issues with 3rd part plugins designed to make scheduling easier. Sometimes meetings will disappear or experience some confusion with the assigned host or calendar issues with the address links. However these are easy to address and don't detract from the usability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is 100% remote with clients scattered across the globe - we would have a very hard time keeping on track with all of our projects without it. We also use it for all of our internal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the apps that come with the software. Also the background features really help me look professional. Sound is really good on this as well. Video quality is super.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any complaints really as its a great program. I feel like there could be more apps that have games on them as that would increase my usage of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my employee communication with other companies and really helps. It solves connecting to international companies as well as local businesses that are on zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for sure. You don't need to be computer savvy to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
How multiple windows get opened when you join a meeting. Seems like 3 separate windows get opened - why not 1?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put - we need video conferencing as not everyone involved with our business is local. Zoom does a great job of doing that.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate through the platform and configure settings, especially backdrops. The buttons are labeled intuitively and there is little technical malfunction.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints apart from the integration with Google. When creating meeting invites in Google directly and clicking "Make it a Zoom Meeting," meeting invitees do not receive notifications on their desktops/laptops for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigating a post-pandemic, remotely distributed workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and easy to learn to use. I am not the most "tech savvy" but I was easily able to learn to moderate meetings, and create different "rooms". All of the tools I've encountered with Zoom are straightforward and practical. and it makes it simple for guests to join meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to open when joining someone else's meeting. Also, it can be difficult to connect to the car using bluetooth. Sometimes it wants a password when a host hasn't set the meeting up to require a password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves time which in turn saves money, because people trust Zoom and therefore don't feel the need to meet in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed me to completely restructure my workday and has provided me with the opportunity to work from home half of the week. Zoom has saved me from so much LA traffic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom sometimes freezes but also I find the audio component hard to navigate for conversations. I find that people accidentally interrupt each other much more often on zoom because of audio lag and how it only prioritizes one audio source at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our multi-city team to be much more connected. Likewise, I have used it for friend group dates where we all live in different locations and nor,ally wouldn't have been able to see each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly user friendly. Both tech savvy and not tech savvy employees and clients have no problems figuring out how to operate. And there are never surprise updates preventing you from logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature are difficult to find. For example, it took me quite a bit of time to locate the option to transfer meeting leadership. Unfortunately I had to pause the meeting and search for the answer online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been essential for conducting business and client meetings in a post pandemic world. We're able to schedule more meetings and get more done without having to sacrifice time for travel.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to seamlessly have people you know and don't know connect. Making others able to view files or keynote presentations via the zoom platform makes it very simple
What do you dislike about the product?
I do a lot of teaching via Zoom and having young children listen can be trying so being able to have some students cut off from annotation Would be very helpful while letting others continue to annotate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course right off the bed since I am teaching children in China and I am not in China it makes it much easier to teach and communicate with them via this platform as opposed to not

What do you like best about the product?
I joined Zoom for my personal training business when the global changes occurred in 2020. After things opened up again I still have many clients who continue to stick with my zoom personal training sessions. I believe this will be a part of my business for the foreseeable future. Even if there is a snowstorm I have been able with short notice have a client switch from in-person to online sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about zoom. It's very easy to use. I utilize the screen share option when reviewing nutrition with my clients. It links up to my google calendar so it was very easy to send client zoom links, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I hadn't of joined Zoom I would not have been able to switch my Business over in 2020 and I truly feel I would have struggled throughout the shutdown with not only supporting myself, financially but my clients with their physical and mental health during the tough times.
