Fantastic UI/UX with lots of add-on features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to adjust audio/visual on my end--i.e. blurred out background or optimize for professional sound...as well as for fading out small background noises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's somewhat difficult to integrate with Google calendar. I feel like there could be more explanation about that. I have also had issues with Zoom Room device setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to connect with a lot of different people all over the world in a fast and efficient way. It has increased team productivity.
Easiest To Use Online Video Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly. There are tutorials if you need assistance. I also like the opportunity to chat with someone. The help that I recieved from Zoom was so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides to using Zoom. The ony thing I wish was available is to purchase a one time use of the translation. I would also like to have translation available in the breakout room
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the ease of using zoom I very rarely have to go to the office any more! I save on gas, travel time and parking! It's a win/win platform. Zoomis the leader in the online video platforms.
An Indispensable Tool For Modern Business
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with clients, prospects and team members across the country (globe even) has been extremely helpful for our business. Of all the video conferencing tools I have used I find zoom to be the easiest and most intuitive in terms of controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of downsides. Occasionally there are issues with freezing/buffering but that really applies to all tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, especially during the pandemic. The ability to host webinars for prospects has also helped us grow our business.

The ease of use. Being able to add multiple people to a chat group. Ability to customize backgrounds.

The mobile app needs to be able to show speaker and all other guests on one screen.

Zoom is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliability with zoom. I feel like every time someone sends a bridge that isn't zoom it takes me awhile and some adjustments to get in correctly.

sometimes I'm stuck in the waiting room like when boomers don't notice I need let in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
just makes it much easier to work from home/remote.
Couldn't have done it without Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it in a number of situations, and it is always good, allowing conversations among many with the benefit of seeing as well as hearing. For me, most importantly was the period during Covis lockdowns when we were able to maintain classes for a vocation formation program I was in charge of. We had two cohorts of students, each attending seven 90-minute classes in a weekend. They traveled as far as 60 to 70 miles one way to attend. When the lockdown started, we quickly turned to Zoom and were able to maintain the program with minimal impact. Recording classes for someone who might not have been able to attend was an added benefit. Pricing is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, especially after we discovered the value of breakout rooms during classes. The only challenge we had were rare occasions where online access was limited, causing some students to have to "double up", using a tablet for video but having to dial in on their phone for the audio portion. Minor annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the class use described above, Zoom literally saved the day for our formation program. It's a four-year process for men to be ordained and we maintained that schedule during the lockdown, staying on course. My current usage involves more small meetings or one-on-one calls for interviews and meetings. I work in a diocese that covers a seven-county region, and have freelance writers and designers that I work with. The audio/video element adds so much to conversations, screen sharing makes the exchange of ideas and concepts so much easier. I have tried other platforms: Google Chat and Meet, Skype and others. I have found Zoom to be the best of the bunch.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting templates, recording and attendee registration abilities, 24/7 customer service, lots of cool and fun features such as change background or blur background
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the "this meeting is being recorded" or that we cannot record meetings without other user permission, limits on the videos we can store in the cloud. I dont like that there isnt a feature to hide an attenedee in a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to host and record meeting remotely. We are also able to collect the name and email address of attendees which allows us to market accordingly. Prior to Zoom, we would not get meeting attendees info and had no way of following up.
I Love Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, the share screen function is easy to understand, and the overall design of Zoom is so user-friendly! Zoom also rarely crashes my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the free version of Zoom only gives you very limited time for group meetings and you then have to pay for a subscription to have longer group meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to stay connected to my clients and colleagues over long distances with an easy to understand user interface that does not overcomplicate the use of the site.
World-Wide Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I am involved in volunteer work around the world fitting people with hearing aids that can't afford them. Zoom has allowed me to not only smoothly connect and communicate with my patients but with its share screen, request remote control, and chat features, I am easily able to program my patients' hearing aids by seeing and controlling their computers. We also love having fun using the different filters and stickers you can add to your video!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier for me to create my meeting ID. I like that I can custom-make my password but creating an ID would be nice. It would be nice if there was a user control panel or a button that stayed on the screen or was easier to access on mobile devices. Many of the elderly I work with get confused when they can't see the meeting controls because it disappears on a touch screen device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to travel to patients' homes or have them come to me, I can just handle their appointments virtually on a platform they are comfortable and familiar with. It's also been very beneficial in connecting us with family out of state. We can watch movies and play games with them.
Secure, easy to use solution for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to connect with clients all over the US. We have expanded our business reach so much since using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is sometimes confusing for clients to use if they need to download it first.

Zoom solved the issue of not being able to do more appointments in a short time frame.
