Great user experience. Effective for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Nice to have the ability to host meetings with clients even if they are located out of the state. Convenient to send calendar invitations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is feedback from other users who are using different speakers or microphones, but this is possible an issue on their end and not something that Zoom could fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves me a lot of time on the road when I could be doing other, more important things with my time. It also helps me stay in touch with clients who have moved out of town.
Zoom is part of my everyday language.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, customizable, handy, effective. I use it almost everyday. Mostly business, also for personal interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches. None I can describe currently, so maybe they don't happen often enough to make a fuss. (I think there could be more creative ways to think about how we 'show up' visually in a room. Maybe different formats of arranging a 'room' versus gallery, speaker, presentation mode, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, face-to-face communications. Connecting to teams all over the world. It allows you to feel 'almost' like you're in person.
Easy way to host webinars
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up and host paid webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow for tiered webinar sales or packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic prevented me from presenting at conferences, I turned to Zoom to help fill the gap. As someone "non-tech" oriented, I was delighted with how easy it was to set up my webinars and seamlessly incorporate a paid option through PayPal. Following each event, I was able to download reports on attendees which allowed me to follow-up with participants that preferred to watch on-demand as well as send feedback surveys and marketing for future webinars.
Good source for online class
What do you like best about the product?
Using the zoom is most popular online class for long distance and local students who cannot attend physical class every day. Also it is very easy to use for instructors, too
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many times change the restrictions. Changing cost also increased too many times.

We cannot maintain number of licensed users. Sometimes we need more sometimes need little less than regular
Zoom is wonderful for podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
As a podcaster Zoom helps us create and Manage our guest schedule.. It is helpful be able to send invites in advance. Audio and video quality is consistently good!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike needing to manage the waiting room tbh.. At the beginning of every meeting I am force to disable the waiting room.. It is not a feature I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to quickly have meeting to discuss our upcoming shows, and the give us the benefit of using the same interface for the actual show.. The consistency saves us time and allows us to do test meetings preshow to tackle any AV related issues.

Zoom is very universal and widely used and trusted so clients are willing to meet and engage on such platform. Zoom gives me ability to have recorded meetings while screen sharing.

I dislike the time limit for free accounts.

Powerful and dependable user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, it looks good and it works. Like any software, zoom can have hiccups. However, I never wonder if my ever essential virtual meeting platform will work for our organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of using zoom is the way the administrator options are laid out in my account. So, when I want to change a setting which require accessing the account, it take me a while to find what I am looking for. So, the name of titles and the manner inwhich setting items are sorted is not super intuitive. However, I rarely need to change those settings and this is just a minor hinderance. Nothing compared to the benefit of using the tool and when in xoom itself, the functionalities are easy to find and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can meet people from coast to coast to coast in Canada. Zoom integrates with other application which means that a person can book a time on my calendar and it sets up a zoom meeting automatically for me. This is simple, convenient and so effective. Without the ability to meet virtually, I don't know what our organization would have done in the past couple of years. We have used other platforms and none are as easy to use and as powerful as zoom....for a great price.
Helps expand and make services accessible
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of features- breakout rooms, captions, whiteboard, etc. it's very simple to learn and makes it easy to host trainings and events. It is way easier to use the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to support folks who are having tech issues in real time. If their connection is unstable it can make it hard to hear and or see participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make our services more accessible nation-wide and even globally. We are able to connect with people who aren't able to in- person events and it's helps us broaden our network.
Zoom is here to stay!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to have face-to-face meetings with anyone at any time. It has changed the way we positively interact with clients. Zoom has been invaluable over the last 2 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no substitution for in-person meetings, but Zoom is the next best thing. Zoom is certainly where the future of meetings are going. Overall, it's very convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing our firm to still meet with clients without any restrictions. It's saving money and time on travel and it's making us more efficient. We can see our clients face-to-face.
