Reliable video meetings and screen sharing that everyone is familiar with.
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing screens, remotely controlling others' computers, and connecting with team members and clients virtually face-to-face.
What do you dislike about the product?
My computer gets bogged down and everything starts to slow down. I probably just need to upgrade my computer again. My 2015 Macbook Pro is getting old. Wifi shouldn't be the issue (Google Nest Wifi).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what is on other people's screens or letting them see what is on mine from miles away.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a friendly application that has become an integral part of our remote work and the work environment. In a virtual and remote world, apps like zoom allow us to communicate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike. I am actually excited to see what additional features zoom will implement. Will it mimic or integrate with other platforms the way TEAMS does?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. We are able to easily meet with people without the hassle of traveling, which saves our time and allows us to maximize the time we spend working on tasks.
Great for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super easy to use and easy to customize when needed. I am able to create zoom meetings where the attendees can attend and access the room before I hop on. At times I am running late so it's nice to know they can start the meeting without me. I could also schedule meetings where I have to allow the attendees to get on. This helps me control who is in my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I cannot make someone else host prior to me joining. At times i am stuck in a meeting and have to hop on really quick to make someone else the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My counterparts are on different sides of the country. Zoom allows us to be in different locations but in the same chat room to be able to meet and discuss what is needed.

It works so smooth when working online thank you so much for helping during this time.

Sometimes it was lag but overall it has been working amazing!

It's amazing! When it comes to online learning and being able to hand over control to my students because even though we are far apart they can still be involved!

What do you like best about the product?
It's everything,, ease in logging in, the The many options on screen, ability to share screen, the way to test the microphone and video before you login, the break rooms, Pools, it's awesome

I honestly can't think of anything that doesn't work properly with zoom. I've used other programs and nothing compares, it's zoom or nothing for me and my business team

Zoom allows me to easily set up meetings with groups or individuals, the people I wanna meet with easily can access it from computer phone or tablet, there's never any problems it always works I'm so happy with it
Best thing to come out of pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom everyday to run my business. Having the ability to zoom with my clients, opposing counsel, and the court as allowed me to move physically to another state to be closer to my family while still keeping my business in Minnesota. Zoom is easy for everyone to use within minutes and it provides the face contact that you cannot get on phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different ways to use Zoom that I know I am not keeping up with the technology. It is also dependent on a good internet connection which was challenging where I live. I solved the problem by hard wiring my computer to the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Zoom handles is allowing face to face interactions and sharing of documents across states. I would not have been able to move without zoom technology. We are also now able to make my staff fully mobile so they have a better work/personal life balance.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Worked great with a second monitor so I could see all my students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality of recordings fluctuated and I wish my local recordings were at a higher resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic it allowed me to keep both of my dojos going which was helpful because they're 200 miles apart.

What do you like best about the product?
Not overly complicated, but not short on features. User-friendly layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found a downside. Whether I'm hosting or simply joining in, my experience has always been positive. But I've also taken the time to watch tutorials and/or look at the Help/FAQs sections. Some things that my co-workers have complained about were easy fixes because it was user error, nothing on Zoom's end :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with my team and clients, no matter where we all are. I can screen share to present pitches or walk through processes. That in turn gives me the flexibility to work where it best suits me. And now all my coworkers (and some clients) have "met" my cat since he loves to jump in frame and be the star of the show.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly platform. Zoom's simplicity is what makes it the gold standard. The opportunity to easily share files and links via chat and the clarity of recordings is what I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that Zoom can change. Only some organizations choose not to use it or are blocked from using it which makes it difficult to continue with the product but that is a small number of interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing that I have experienced in my organization but I will share those if they ever do come up. I am more productive using Zoom and enjoy the platform and business performance is easier due to the platform.
Reliable Virtual Meetings and Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Previous virtual meetings using another platform were unreliable. Every meeting began with ten minutes just trying to get the technology to work. Playing videos was glitchy if it worked at all. I've hosted several meetings with Zoom and it never fails to deliver a reliable and simple experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the configuration options could be easier to use and find. But the product is constantly being updated and improved, so I expect some of the design issues will be corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for all virtual meetings, book club meetings, and seminars. By plugging Zoom into my Google calendar, setting up a meeting is effortless, as well as sending out invites to participants.
