What do you like best about the product?
It is also very useful for virtual classroom.

The free version 40 mins cap must be increase to 60 mins at least.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes communication so smooth. I love how easy it is to schedule, host, and join meetings. The video and audio quality are consistently good, and it works well even with slower internet connections. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and chat make collaboration super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the app can be a bit heavy on system resources, especially during long meetings. Also, occasional lags or disconnections happen, though they’re rare. It would be great if the whiteboard and annotation tools were more advanced and smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has made it incredibly easy to connect with team members and clients across locations. It helps eliminate communication barriers, saves travel costs, and enables remote collaboration. Especially for virtual classrooms, it allows for real-time interaction, screen sharing, and seamless presentations, making learning and meetings more effective.

A Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it simplifies collaboration across different teams. The seamless integration of meetings, chat, whiteboards, and even phone calls within one platform makes it really convenient to stay productive without constantly switching tools. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is even new users can get comfortable quickly. Features like breakout rooms, AI meeting summaries, and calendar integration help streamline workflows, especially for remote or hybrid teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can be a bit heavy on system resources, especially during large meetings or when using advanced features like virtual backgrounds or whiteboards. Also, the number of features can be overwhelming for new users, and some functions are hidden in settings that aren't very intuitive to find. Occasionally, syncing across the chat, calendar, and meeting tools isn’t as smooth as expected, which can cause minor delays or confusion. While Zoom has improved a lot, I think there’s still room to streamline the user experience and make it more lightweight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenge of scattered communication and collaboration, especially in remote or hybrid work environments. Instead of juggling multiple tools for meetings, messaging, file sharing, and whiteboarding, everything is integrated into one platform. This saves time, reduces context switching, and makes team collaboration more efficient. For me, it’s made it easier to stay organized, keep track of discussions, and follow up on action items all in one place. It’s also improved team engagement since everything happens in real time and is accessible from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is also having a good interface where we can handle at ease. We can also screen sharing at ease without lagging. It does not allow random persons to join in the meet without the organizers permission.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has restrictions on handling the people into the meeting, It will ask for the subscription, If we have to let more people in. I think other products can allow the members without any restriction.

It is more useful in sharing the content digitally now a days at ease without hassle with upmost security.

Widely used. So, I can connect with lots of people easily.

New UI. The new UI have a lot of options, so it is hard for me to find the options I am looking for.

I can connect with my colleagues and friends easily while being in the comfort of my house.
Good, Basic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic recordings are great and the tool is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crashes are occasional and the integration between Salesforce and Zoom are iffy.

Sometime: screen freeze. It seems that the management of the bandwith is not done in a very effective way,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the possibility to use an external platform without sharing link to the internal communication system and of course it seems to manage better (for example) some meeting with a lot of participants instead of the products based on Teams.
Zoom: a Standard for Webinars and Remote Meetings Everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a Zoom meeting is easy and it has most of what any meeting needs. It is not difficult to set up a meeting, usually as simple as sharing a link and sending with any form of communication, such as text, email, internal or external direct messaging, etc. I've also used it many times attending webinars for continuing education.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breadth of potential use Zoom Workplace has is really impressive... but most people I interface with aren't using for much besides video conferencing, which limits my own use. Not at all a complaint about the product, just my experience using it with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, I use Zoom for video conferencing and webinar attendance. It is not uncommon for me to be interrupted when attending a live webinar, so I really like when it can take notes for me so I can review a written transcript after the meeting, or even a summarized transcript when they are made available afterwards.
