Intuitive videoconferencing with simple UI
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use user interface. It's simple to send and receive invites and the screen sharing functionality is simple. I got used to Zoom within a day.
Compared to Teams, the other videoconferencing software I've used, it appears more stable overall - I've functionally had fewer disconnects on Zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one main downside is the very barebones chat functionality. I prefer Microsoft Teams' approach in that regard. In addition, it is not immediately intuitive to send private messages to other participants in a conference and I usually resort to texting them on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Zoom, videoconferencing was challenging. I worked a decent amount with Skype and Google Hangouts and these often were not easy to use or would have unstable connections. Being able to have seamless videoconferencing has been very helpful in working remotely.
Online Meetings- You need to use this tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides a stable platform that gives you the means to have 1-on-1 and group meetings online. The meetings can be collaborative by sharing files, comments, and screens with each other. This is the tool you need to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom provides the webinar add-on, I wish the regular membership would allow for recording and presentations with only the speaker view. This would allow for another creative option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits us by providing a tool for decentralized meetings, an impromptu meeting platform, and organized within the Google Calendar productivity structure. It's awesome.
Easy to use for all skill levels
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about zoom is how easy it is to share with clients. They don't have to download any special software or jump through any extra hoops to log on to our calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a mention about whiteboard but it is not easily available, as I have never used it nor do I know where to even look to find it. The chat feature can also become hidden while presenting or changing the views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to connect on weekly updates calls with clients and share our screens to review analytics or troubleshoot any problems they are having.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having an easy-to-use virtual tool for meetings, group events, etc. The best features are the clear video, background filters and excellent sound quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limits on chat formatting and chat accessibility. I cannot seem to resent the size of chat text. Also, it is not always possible to copy or save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows people at great distance to meet as if in person. I can attend many meetings that would otherwise be inaccessible to me. I can connect with people I need to see.
Zoom tools are great for our hybrid environment
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and use has been awesome. Very easy to roll out to all of our employees. We have even used Zoom Rooms and Webinar licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point is a little daunting, but manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID hit and we had to send a lot of employees home, Zoom was our go-to for continuing to keep in touch with employees, have meetings, etc. Now that many are back in person we still have a lot who are hybrid or remote, and this is a perfect tool.
Reliable, easy to use platform for meetings

Zoom has been a reliable platform for meetings, especially during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally an attendee will struggle to get their audio or video working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves me from dressing up and driving to someone's office for a meeting that can be handled easily via Zoom. It also has grown some components of my business into other parts of the country.
Great platform to utilize team meeting as well as host classes

Easy to use! User friendly ! Works multiple platforms .

The update on the system are great however it seems that every time I attempted to host a meeting there is an update

Ability to meet in a time where not everyone of comfortable with f2f conversations .
A Business Essential
What do you like best about the product?
As a work-from-home digital freelancer, I count on Zoom for the success of my business. In fact, if I didn't have zoom, it would be quite the challenge to meet with clients! I love that I can set up unique recurring meeting IDs so that every client has their own meeting room and we aren't constantly having to confirm links/details the day of. I also love that I can record meetings as this has become invaluable for my team member trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that if I don't keep it updated, it will close down on me unexpectedly! But, that is much like saying I hate it when my car breaks down on me after having its check engine light on for several months...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate with clients in multiple time zones is invaluable to me as a business owner. It also keeps my overhead costs low with an affordable yearly plan.
I always find Zoom to be reliable, easy for all to use and very effective.

Ease of use. I have not had connection issues with Zoom as I have had with other video conference software platforms. I also love the ease of screen sharing, which has saved time as an alternative to in-person meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on I had issues with showing videos to a Zoom gathering. The video was glitchy and did not look good - it also continuously buffered. I have not tried video in the past year, so this may be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the need for some in-person meetings which is a huge time-saver. It also makse it much more convenient to meet as it is easier on everyones chedule to meet vis Zoom.
