Superb Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access and all the new features - poll and stream to other platforms like youtube
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment - the platform works for me and my coaching program participants

Increasing access to future clients and opportunities to serve more people at higher quality of life

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, accessibility features, security. I know that when I need to access it I can and that the sensitive information I share to students and clients is protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes changing settings can be a bit challenging, and figuring out where to go for what you want to do is difficult. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making my life at work a lot easier by improving accessibility to my clients and streamlining my colleagues' schedules. Privately, I'm able to reach a much wider audience for teaching.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with my calendar which makes scheduling a breeze, and because I have multiple calendars I am able to connect each one to ensure I don't have double bookings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been unable to figure out how to allow a non-host to share their screen, this option is important because I often do screen-sharing meetings, and I have to change the host first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help for me is the ability to share my screen & do the meeting recording because I can go back over the meeting if I miss a note. Which I then can also share with my clients if they need it to review for training.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, lots of fun things like reactions and backgrounds, and integrating with google calendar is a cinch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Video quality is usually good, but I guess it can get bogged down if not everyone has stable internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has gone international and remote since Covid, and zoom is the easiest way to meet with our team to get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can record meetings. I currently use Zoom to record podcast episodes so the ability to record audio and video is great!

I don't dislike much about Zoom. I feel like it does what I need it to do.

I work from home so being able to meet with people on Zoom has been essential for my business.
Accessible, easy, welcoming tool for connection
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom allows "face to face" communication between me and my students. I have students all over the world (though most are in the United States). We feel more like a group thanks to the tools Zoom provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Zoom that I did like about Blackboard Collaborate is the inability to cast a screen to all breakout rooms. In BBC, I could cast a slide from the main room into all breakout rooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing authentic connection among my students. Because they can put a face with a name, they are more willing and comfortable to share their thoughts and discuss.
Great tool to make client interactions better
What do you like best about the product?
Makes meeting with clients a lot easier. I used to spend too much time driving to see clients, which was inefficient for me, and not serving them as best as I can. And during Covid, utilizing Zoom made me never skip a beat in my business!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is a little tricky with Bluetooth and connecting to the right speaker and headphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom cuts down the time it takes to work with clients. Giving me more time back to spend with clients and with my family.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings are easy to schedule and invite participants - individuals or groups - to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to see a negative about zoom. I use Google Meets and Microsoft Teams as well as zoom, and it says something that Zoom is my go-to when I'm the one scheduling the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet remotely with clients across the street or in another country without any special hoops to jump through. With a simple click of a few buttons we're meeting face-to-face and exchanging information much more efficiently.
Very easy to use with almost no issues

The ease and convieniece of scheduling appointments and active participation from all participants

Sometimes there are connection issues on other user ends, but that may be a bandwidth issue as opposed to a zoom issue

Ease of communications without the hassle of driving around town.
Easy and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is well-known and user-friendly, especially for less tech-savvy users. The new features, such as, whiteboard are helpful to make meetings interactive. Super-quick recording features are helpful to share links after meetings for those unable to attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only suggestion would be to have the ability to mute audio when listening as a participant. This way, if you are on multiple calls or multi-tasking, I could pause the audio. I wonder (I haven't explored) if there are TTY/TDD options such as closed captioning for the hearing and/or visually impaired? Are there any future plans to add language translation? Thinking this may be too advanced right now, but perhaps an integration feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working. Also, I find adding the option to join virtually to meet the needs of my clients and the recordings are incredibly helpful to share for those unable to attend.
