Necessity for business and workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for my business before the pandemic and now it's become even more of a necessity in today's day and age. Zoom is easy to use and it has many tools that make it useful for all types of online gatherings. I particularly like being able to create break-out rooms and use the transcription function. I also love that it seamlessly integrates with my Google calendar and Acuity Scheduling by automatically creating meeting links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is great, but once in a while, I'll get Zoom/screen fatigue from too many virtual meetings and gatherings. In those cases, I revert back to only scheduling meetings on Zoom if necessary and scheduling most other things in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has become an easy way for me to connect and network with other people. I can save a lot of time on travel, along with being generally more efficient with time with virtual meetings. It is also a great way to connect to people all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, wide acceptance, value for the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
buffering, out of their control. Wish it we could automatically send info to Zoom about problems rather than being asked each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live 1000 miles from most of my clients. Allows me to be as close to in person as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and very intuitive, features are clearly labeled and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend it for any business conducting digital meetings. I have experience using a variety of platforms (Teams, Google Meet to name a few) and would choose Zoom over these competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble connecting my Zoom throughout all my Google Gmail accounts but I was still able to figure this out. Nothing I dislike enough to switch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issues of maximizing my time during the day by providing my business a reliable platform to host business meetings instead of driving to meet in person. It allows more flexibility for business reach because working with clients in other areas or states is less of a challenge with the face to face feature that Zoom provides.
Excellent for podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up and changing meeting times. As a podcaster, I also enjoy being able to use original audio, which gives me great audio for my show while still being able to see my guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the computer storage accounts to be able to store both sides of the video call. As of now, that feature is only available with the cloud storage plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me conduct podcast interviews with guests from all over the country. I can easily send them links to conduct the interviews and the audio quality is great (depending on their microphones).

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with Zoom is great! We really like the one click join option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use with Zoom is great! Our team uses Zoom on a daily basis for both internal and external calls. Setting up a call takes seconds and I love that we are able to have unlimited participants and also be able to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Google for our video calls and would have terrible connections. Ever since we switched over to Zoom we haven't had one call drop!
The Meeting Place of the Future
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible to carry on business virtually without having to be in a physical office. It can accommodate more people for a meeting than many conference rooms and people can be just as productive. It also allows for the sharing of content such as presentations and documents that every meeting attendee can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike other than a person being dropped from a meeting due to connectivity issues (internet, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of teams not being productive due to members being in different geographical locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly and when there is something unclear, the support center is very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many ways to complete one action and the lack of crossover can sometimes be confusing when training new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating efficiently with external stakeholders.
The best remote meeting and chatting software for professionals out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for most users, while offering features to professionals that allow them to set themselves apart from basic users. Plenty of options for setting up microphones and cameras, as well as controlling a meeting as desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the backend settings are a bit shallow, without allowing users to completely turn off noise canceling for those with better than average microphones. Not many options for camera settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote meetings with clients make it easier to accommodate all circumstances out there. Additionally, having meeting with firm employees that are working from home is much easier, and chatting for small things is easier than sending emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me connect with my business team socially. It's easy to set up recurring meetings for us to continuously meet.

I dislike that sometimes there is connectivity issues.

My Zoom Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to keep teaching guitar online. I can teach one-on-one lessons as well as group classes. It's great to be able to keep doing this as it's how I make my living.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (in a group class) I forget to set my screen for a "gallery view." Also, I've not gotten used to the lastest version of hosting and sometimes hit the "leave meeting" button by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Zoom team is constantly improving the program. I could use more time to sit and explore it more rather than doing it haphazardly. My classes are getting better, though. The ability to record a class and then send it along to my students to study at their own pace is helpful beyond measure.
